Very pleased with Adams spray coating. This is a very easy apply and wipe off. No buffing, this is not a polish or wax that needs buffing. Not a scratch remover or cleaner. Use a cross hatch pattern to apply and remove. Remember, for best results, prep your vehicles surface. Use it on trim, glass etc. My Ram is a 2018 and a daily driver and it looks great. I was impressed how the water just beeds and slides off.

As someone with over 40 years of auto dealing experience (professional + personal), I finally decided to explore ceramic coatings instead of good 'ol carnauba waxes that I have always used. Not wanting to invest too heavily into one, I opted for Adam's graphene spray to test out the product without making a large investment. I also settled on Adam's after researching various brands since the reviews I found all showed it was a good balance in what I expect a paint sealant/protectant to provide. Beyond the cleaning, stripping and prep process before a ceramic coating can be applied, I found the actual application process to be quite fast and easy especially when compared to using waxes. Application of the product was quick and easy with the use of a micro fiber application block and the setup time was very fast (especially with the warm & extremely low humidity AZ air). Once the product was setup, it was easy to wipe and buff and it was all done by hand vs the need for a buffer and how much work waxes require, especially if you wait too long to buff them out. So far I am highly impressed with how well water beads up during our recent rain storms especially since I decided to try this product on all of the windows on my '08 Sequoia which it performs exceptionally well. I use Adam's Graphene detail & CS3 products for cleaning and maintenance and so far finding that this coating holds up far better than any carnauba was products I have ever used, which I typically have to reapply every 3-4 months. A word of note, my Sequoia is Slate Metallic (blue-gray) in color and the Adam's Graphene products helped to darken it up into a more gray tone which I like and give it a more "wet" look as well. Another thing I am finding with the ceramic products is that you do not need as much even for a large vehicle so suggest that you purchase the smallest amount you can, it barely took 1/3 of the 16 oz bottle to coat my entire Sequoia which makes this a highly cost effective product.

I was thrilled with the way this product simply goes on and just wipes off after a minute or 2 of bonding time. Just a little goes a long way. Using the Adams application pad, and the included high quality microfiber cloth was a perfect self automotive paint sealing project. Easier than any product I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many from carnauba waxes of the old days, to all the fine polishes and ceramic coating products for 40+ years and 30+ cars we’ve owned. Started with a clean new car, no paint correction needed on this Lexus, and less than an hour it was finished completely, including all windows, full glass roof and wheels. Without breaking a sweat. Literally wipe on, and wipe off with the microfiber towel. Only needed 1 towel for the entire project, as this products comes right off without effort! Depth of shine and slickness of paint is top notch. I’ll likely repeat every 6 months or so for great protection. Reflective properties are fantastic. The best product I’ve encountered!

The primary reason(s) to use this product are longevity of high quality protection relative to the simplicity of application. The product definitely works as advertised in said respect. Definitely watch the videos made by Adams. The one I watched that helped the most with application was the one with the Audi R8. The Audi in that video is black and the shine may be more impressive and effective for darker car colors. That said, my car is an, "Ice Blue Metallic" the comes off as a light blue that has some pop to it. The results achieved on my car were definitely very good and, if the longevity proves true, I may come back to this review and add in the last of the five stars. Compared to other products I've used that require less effort (such as Mothers 'California Gold' Instant Detail Spray, my favorite of the 'instant' finishes or spray waxes, etc.) the Adams Graphene Spray Coating Advanced does slightly outperform all the quick fixes I've tried (about 10 finish sprays in all)... as it should! Those 'instant' products require much less effort. Wash/rinse/dry (or sometimes apply after rinsing while still wet and dry with product on using microfiber) is a quicker, easier process. I followed the directions with this product which had me 1) Wash/rinse/dry, 2) Clay decon (synthetic clay from Griots coupled with their original speed shine as lube), 3) Polish (Adams "Hand Polish", which incidentally did not impress me a lot) and finally, 4) Adams Surface Prep followed by Adams Graphene Spray Coating Advanced, applied as shown in video with the R8. That's plenty more effort than a wash and spray wax. Notably, the added efforts are not in vain by any means. The Clay decon is hugely important and effective. A good polish should follow said decon and perhaps a different product in this step would have done even more, but it did help lay the right foundation for the graphene finish. The Surface Prep prior to the graphene was tangibly worthwhile as I could feel it and see it in the evenness of the finish at this point along the way. Then, while applying the graphene coating, the color coming off the car, in mediocre light, at night inside a household garage, and with a few extra lamps... there was a visible difference in the way the paint reflected light. It had more 'substance of color' was the only words I had for it at the time. It wasn't an, "insane" or "ridiculous" shine by my standards. Had that not been what I was hoping for (insane, ridiculous, hall of James Webb mirrors variety of shine, etc.) than I would have laid down 5 stars and indicated that I would only return to remove a star after 6 months if the longevity failed. Personally, as noted above, I was probably hoping for more than what this is product is meant for and 5 stars is an 'above and beyond' type of rating. If the longevity of the variety of shine that I DO now have pans out to protect and lasts, it will deserve all five stars. The 'colorfulness' (notice a subtle rainbow hue that showed up in the picture but isn't clearly discernable in person) of the shine I got from this is definitely better than just 'definitely shiny', such as what I get from a thorough wash and, say, Mothers California Gold Instant Shine. While I REALLY like the result, it's not quite what I was hoping for in terms of - ridiculous insanity of grotesque abundance of incomprehensibly reflective and inexplicably sparkly paint - shininess. If what I did get lasts, however, I will return with a 5th star for success as advertised with a variety of shine slightly above and beyond what any normal person of reasonable standards would expect at this price point. Last point - price point - excellent value as plenty of all products involved remain in my arsenal with the only exception being microfiber plush towels. Would love to have a few more of those. :-)

Super easy to use and not too time consuming to apply it. Neighbors kept walking by and asking if I could do their cars too because it looked so good. I had contemplated getting the gel from their brand to use for ceramic coating, but this was so easy to apply.

Okay honest review. I used on my brand new Chevy Equinox with blue paint. Makes it look outstanding. My wife have a 2014 Nissan Rogue also blue. Hers is a garage baby. I took it out and washed it and applied this. The paint does look refreshed and deeper. One thing I noticed, is she had small web scratches on her hood. Most likely from our grandson and whoever running their hands on a dirty car and scratching it. Well son of a gun if it didn’t get rid of those small scratches on the hood! Did not expect that. I will admit with this product, you will use some elbow grease to get all of it off the paint. A little harder than I anticipated. Would I buy this again? Hell yeah. The applicator and towels worked really well. There are so many that make this kind of product, I can just say this did what I expected and was advertised.

Much like painting a car or even a wall in your house, the key to success is the preparation. Before I get to that, let me say this product was easy to apply and for a DYI ceramic coat (none of which offer the same protection as the professionally applied ceramic which cost A LOT more) it enhances the shine and I'm confident will increase the protection against environmental contaminants. I trust the Adams products and although I routinely use other premium brands for my car care, I chose the Adams after reviews and in my past experience with their products ( I'm one of those guys who keeps his cars spit polished as a hobby!). The "Adam's Polishes Advanced Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating Kit" included their applicators and 2 microfiber buffing towels. The spray product goes a LONG way. I tested this on my "utility" vehicle, a Colorado Z-71 pickup. My choice for prep was Mothers' Surface prep (in a spray bottle) and a clay bar. After washing, I used the Mother's CMX Prep (I recommend it) and clay bar. If you have never used a clay bar before, do not panic: It is simple. After the clay bar, I misted the surface with the Mother's CMX Prep once again then wiped dry with a clean microfiber. Applying the Adams was simple: Spray onto their pad (Do not spray directly onto the vehicle!) and then slowly wipe it on in straight lines. Go ahead and do the side and rear windows while you are at it! Do one panel at a time and within a minute or so you will see it dry into "rainbow" effect. Then simply wipe it off. After a few hours curing, I applied a second coat. And the next morning after being garaged overnight, it took all of 30 minutes to apply and wipe off the third coat! AND, I will mention I still have over half of the bottle of Ceramic Graphene Spray left over even after three coats! My truck is silver which is a color not known for its "deep glossy" sheens. And be honest, the Colorado is not the vehicle on which GM applied Its' best paints! But, the Adams really brought out a nice shine and left the truck with that soft buttery slickness a detailer loves to feel when sliding the back of one's hand across the paint finish. My other vehicles have professional ceramic or else I'd use this on them as well. I am completely satisfied with this product and can recommend it to you. I intend to apply this to my mothers' Honda in the near future.

This product preformed much better than I’d anticipated. It may not be a “true” ceramic coating, but the hydrophobic properties still remain intact for months. It was fairly easy to apply, too. I love that one bottle is enough to fully coat a car maybe 10 times or so. I’ve since moved on to “true” ceramics, but I still have some of this and use it on my wheels and side glass. This is a great product to get into ceramics with and start to learn the process.
