We've only had this for a couple months, so I will definitely update in the future, but so far this is some of the best money we've ever spent!! It's hours of fun for the little ones, we even had a 3,4,6, and 9 year old playing on it. No rips or tears. I did but a heavy duty tarp to lay underneath, just to try to avoid any bottom ripping. We've put bubble bath on it to make bubbles and didn't even really need the water constantly on to be fun. I'm actually going to order ballpit balls for the wading part, for when we want to just have a dry bounce party. The bag that it comes with is perfect for it too! It's surprisingly easier to put this away and set up than it is to put up and take down our $25 Walmart pool. Those tent type bags always tend to be too small for the product but this is just right, even if you don't fold it up perfectly. I just honestly love this thing, and so happy I can do things like this for my child. I got this because of the multiple reviews about this company's customer service. I'm thankful I haven't had to use them, but the multiple reviews on stellar service also put my mind at ease, should anything go wrong. ... show more

We are one year in and this has been the best purchase. It’s sturdy, has held up well and is easy to set up. Drying takes some time, but that was expected. My kids are 3 and 5 and they still have many years to play on this. I love that you can choose to use water or not and that it has a bag to stuff all the items in. (I don’t put the air blower in). I’ve only used this three times and stored it properly when it wasn’t being used, but it has already faded. The seams pull open with barely any weight on it. My son is 3 and 35 pounds, but it’s already happening. Contacted customer service and was just given basic response that didn’t even address the problem, just made excuses.
