It's gotten really cold here this winter (you may be able to relate) and I threw away our old down comforter last spring because it was all bunched up in areas with no insulation in others. It gets cold upstairs in the bedroom with the door closed because this is an old house with no ductwork, just a space heater downstairs. I saw this for a great price and had to have it! It only took 2 days from ordering to delivery and I immediately put it on the bed sans duvet. At bedtime I pulled back the covers to get in and the sheets (flannel) were warm! Best night's sleep I've had in a week, without any weight that was even noticeable. The material is really soft, and as mentioned nearly weightless. Worth it's weight in gold. Still need to get a duvet but I'm sure if properly cared for this will last and be appreciated for years to come. 5+ stars

I am in love with this insert. I’m not quite sure if it’s down or not. It’s a bit confusing. It feels like down and it’s warm like down. I have thinner flannel sheets on my bed, this Insert in my duvet and that’s it. I keep my room at 66° at night, and I am warm. I usually have to have three blankets with my flannel sheets. It is so fluffy and makes my bed so nice and comfy looking. When I was first, pulling it out of the packaging it sounded a bit like a sleeping bag, and I was afraid it was going to be noisy, but it is not at all. The quality that is in the stitching is amazing and I love the dark cording around the edge. You can tell that they paid attention to the details. The two last pictures are an hour apart. You can see how much fuller it got.

This comforter is soft and comfortable. It comes shrink wrapped in a relatively small box. I unpacked it and spread out on the picnic table so it could loft and get some fresh air. It's much larger than the box it was shipped in indicates. It had tabs on the corners and sides for attaching a duvet. I can attest to this comforter being warm. I put a cotton duvet on it and put it on my bed. The power went out and the temperature dropped into the teens. I woke up to frozen dog water but I slept toasty warm. I am very happy with this product.

Using this to replace a feather down that was a pain with the feathers going everywhere every time I had to was the duvet cover. This also has the ties on the corner which is great since the feather one I was just tying the corner of the comforter lol. It’s great because it isn’t hot, I will be able to use this year round. I do sleep with a fan on though. I would highly recommend this for anyone’s sleeping needs!

This "Acrafsman 3M Thinsulate Down Feather Duvet Insert Queen" was a fantastic find. Each corner has a loop to attach duvet ties. Each side also has a small loop. The cover is soft and smooth the stitching is all well done. There are two materials tags. One says it contains "feathers and down", the other 3M thinsulate which is a synthetic blend. This duvet insert is plenty warm, soft, and fluffy.

This is a really nice comforter. I will admit, I was very confused by the description, that said down and feather, but also thinsulate. When it arrived there was a tag that said "featherless" which made me think that it was just polyfill with no down or feathers. But after reading, researching, and feeling a bit more, it does have both feathers/down and thinsulate polyfill - so the best of both worlds. I prefer a down comforter over synthetic, but this is a nice blend. It is warm and holds its shape well. The edging is nice quality and seems like it will hold up well.

This arrived vacuum packed in a relatively small box compared to what I was expecting. Smart, and convenient. As noted in the description, it's a down blend and I will agree that the blanket is warmer than down alone. It's sewn in a way that the down will likely stay in place. Overall, I like this comforter a lot so far.
