  • Great monitor, but get a Display Port cable!
Size: 31.5-inch UHD
This monitor supports both 4K resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate -- but nowhere here does it tell you that it doesn't support both AT THE SAME TIME. The max resolution for 60Hz refresh is 2560x1440. It is only 30Hz at 3840x2160 (4K/UHD). Also, Windows tells me that the monitor is not HDR capable. That's OK with me as that makes text harder to read, so I don't use it, but some folks might want to use that advertised feature. Finally, there is a Windows driver available for this specific monitor on the Acer web site, but it is not signed and Windows will not install it. This was reported at least back in May 2025, but Acer hasn't cared enough to fix it, so you get to use the "Generic Monitor" driver (perhaps that's why no HDR, despite the advertising copy here.) All that said, for use with a busy desktop full of icons, Word, Excel, email and web browsing, it is fine. It even looks very good with the Diablo II and Last Epoch that I play. The stars are missing because I thought I was getting a 60Hz *AND* 3840x2160 4K monitor -- but I did not. Maybe I will have one if Acer ever bothers to correctly sign their driver, just not right now. EDIT: I recently read an article that explained that one needed to use a Display Port cable instead of the HDMI cable that comes with monitors and TVs in order to get the full capabilities of most monitors. So I tried one and now this monitor works as advertised: 60Hz refresh at 4K resolution. I added one star, but left the 5th star off because (a) that could've been mentioned somewhere within the product literature and (b) it probably should have included a Display Port cable instead of an HDMI cable, so that customers are most likely to get the performance they were purchasing. But, now it does the correct refresh rate AND now it supports G-SYNC on my nVidia graphic adapter, too! ... show more

  • Excellent Monitor - Terrific Price
Size: 23.8-inch FHD
Love this monitor a lot. It is bright and crisp and pairs well with my MacBook Air. I use it with an HDMI cable and the clarity and colors are terrific. There are many adjustments you can make to suit your needs. I would definitely purchase this monitor again.

  • Best budget 1440p monitor on the market
Size: 27-inch WQHD
I've bought 4 at this point. This is, possibly, the best office monitor on the market. It's affordable, it's large at 27", and the added resolution means a TON of content on the screen. Having two documents side by side means there is NO issue with multitasking or working from multiple sources. The 100hz refresh rate is also MUCH better on the eyes, as even moving windows and tracking your cursor is a much better experience! FINALLY added bonus to Acer's customer care. One of the first two i bought had a bad power supply (built into the cable!). Amazon gave me the run around on getting a replacement, but Acer was amazing. 5 minutes on their CS chat, and a new one was on the way. It was this experience that, when I wanted better monitors at work, caused me to go back to Acer and back to this monitor for 2 more. ... show more

  • Great for the price
Size: 31.5-inch UHD
This was the CHEAPEST 32" (class) 4K monitor I could get at the time. It was not purchased for my main computer. It is truly unbelievable how good this is for the price. Do not expect premium features, just a good display at a great price. The height is not even adjustable. I have bought dozens of monitors over the years. I have found that Acer, though my choice for their budget displays not their premium products, has been the most reliable brand over those years. I was pleased to find that Acer has a configuration program you can download for Windows, so you don't have to struggle with the tiny buttons to configure the display if you don't want to. You don't usually get that with inexpensive displays. ... show more

  • Portrait and the 27" WQHD
Size: 27-inch WQHD
I'm currently renovating my office and my desk setup and I knew I would need two 27" IPS 1440p monitors to run vertically in portrait on each side of my main 34" UW. I saw that these were on a great sale for $110, so I gave them a chance. Here are my thoughts: Firstly, for the price I paid these are excellent monitors and I would be dumb to return them. The size picture quality, thin bezels, and performance are all great. As a landscape monitor if you only need 100hz it would be perfect. However, for my specific use case of wanting portrait monitors, I would not always choose them among other options. The main reason for this is because of the VESA mounting position and attaching location. These DO have 75x75 VESA holes, let's clear that up. But the two holes towards the center of the monitor are on a curve, so the VESA bracket can kinda flex there. VESA is only 75, not 100. The VESA attachment location is at the BOTTOM of the monitor, not the center. This makes landscape orientation mounting awkward for mounts and rotation. It might make your mount rotate/twist, leaving the monitor angled rather than vertical. VIVO's steel arms couldn't counter this rotation force. The bottom few inches are THICK, so if you orient this monitor in portrait and you want the thin bezels nearest your other screens, you have a thick unsightly chonky boy visible (about 2 inches thick". Inputs for power and HDMI/DP are also at the bottom edge, so if you orient this sideways, they stick straight out and are very visible. To combat this I bent the power cord as best as I can, and got HDMI angled adapters. Lastly, the VESA plate you use will stick out beyond the monitor. If you can't hide it, you'll have to cut like 1/4 inch off of the metal plate to hide it. For now, I've oriented these to have the base/bottom be on the inside rather than the outside, and slightly behind my main. This hides the cables and brackets. I'm swapping out the VIVO mounts for others that I have that can handle the rotation force. All of this considered I'm going to keep these since I was able to make all of this work for me and I got them at a great price. And - no dead pixels! =D ***6 Months Update*** I use them for about a few hours daily and they're still going strong. I've had no issues whatsoever. 100hz, pixels, initial power on time/wake, and colors all remain the same as day 1. ... show more
