This monitor was fantastic. Had great color accuracy out of the box, the color space feature was very useful. No dead pixels, minimal ips glow, automatic g-sync application. The only reason I returned it was I wanted to be able to use hardware calibration. I wish companies wouldn't lock firmware features but then again how else would they differentiate products. The media could not be loaded. It works really well. The product description on this store page doesn’t do it justice. The model listed here and the model received is the same model specs described on the Acer website. It supports HDR on windows 10 and I can see 4K quality videos on YouTube AND Netflix. On Netflix the windows app must be used but it works. Games runs smoothly on RTX 3080. One tricky thing to configure is adaptive sync. This supports GSYNC via windows nvidia settings and there’s an option to enable on the monitor buttons themselves. Honestly loving this monitor. ... show more

This monitor was worth every penny. Absolutely love it! It can do some many things and the picture is fantastic! I have yet to play games on it, but designing programs on this monitor as been a joy. I recommend it for anyone that has a Nvidia GPU since it has a full G-sync with it. It gives you that same performance for a smaller price. Its problem just as good or even better than the one Alienware sells for over $1000. ... show more

    • Pretty good but needs to be ~100 dollars cheaper
I got the GS model from bestbuy. It's really good but there are some things I wish I knew some things before buying this monitor. 1) This is a 8 bit color depth monitor NOT TRUE 10 bit. In INVIDIA control you can set it to to "10 bit" however this forces dithering by the GPU. 2) You can't run 10 bit dithering at 144hz/165hz 1440p. It maxes out 120hz. Unless you use 8bit then you can use 144hz or 165hz at 1440p. 3) G-sync only works with Display port. Overall it's a nice monitor but for 499 + tax it might be a little too much for some to justify. ... show more

First off I bought this so my ps5 could reach its full capabilities at 120hz & it doesn’t tell you that it only gets that through display port … then after taking the time getting adapters & different cords, audio stops coming through the monitor after hooking up the hdmi to display port. Which made my speaker system that i had specifically for the monitor pointless sense it only got audio hdmi to hdmi. So unless you wanna have headphones on all the time you can’t even listen to your gameplay or watch streaming services aloud off the monitor. I’m so sick of having to keep on googling & looking up stuff just to have to make this $500 monitor work properly. I shouldn’t be going out my way to do EVERYTHING on this “gaming” monitor. If you just want 60frames & hd this is cool but there’s cheaper monitors that you can get to do that. This monitor was purposely for a better level of gaming & it failed. ... show more
