Update. It looks like a microsoft update prevented the extension of any monitor, A revised version corrected this but after the monitor was returned. Monitor would not extend; error code "display not found". But the display would duplicate with laptop and could be managed as the primary display. Same issue on 2 laptops. Graphics driver was confirmed as current. One hour chatting with Acer tech support was futile. The only documentation included was a pictural for assembly. There was no identification of 5 buttons on the monitor, it was press each one to find its function but there was no indication how to adjust settings, ... show more

Great monitor, I always purchase Acer monitors, best bang for the buck. Only one minor gripe, the blue light in the lower right corner is distracting. I have an SB220Q bi and the status light is under the bezel in the same location. Why move the light to the front of the bezel, this seems to be a step back. On the SB220Q bi you hardly know it's there. Why do we need an idiot light in such a blaring location to let us know the monitor is on. ... show more
