I am so happy with this laptop! It replaced my old Dell that was several years old and meant upgrading to Windows 11. So far, so good. Speed is amazing (16g of RAM) and the switch to Windows 11 was painless. The keyboard is sleek and the keys are well-sized. My only complaint is the number keypad is a bit smaller and my fingers have not adapted...that's a me problem. It has great ratings by CNET and other IT pros I know.     • Solid Small Computer
Works fine for most tasks, but will face strain if you are trying to multitask, especially if one of those tasks involves the graphics card like gaming or streaming. Some of the keyboard keys were broken on mine (the shift key sticks and the tab key is only halfway attached), but I contacted customer service and they provided me with a partial refund for this, more than enough to pay for repairs. It's small enough you can hold it in one arm and carry it around. The keyboard feels smooth to type on. I forget about the touch screen sometimes, mostly using the track pad, but it's a cool design that you can touch the screen with one or two fingers like a smartphone. There are even some functions that make use of 3-4 fingers. If you get this laptop just type in "Gestures" into the search bar to find out more about what you can do and how to do it. ... show more

Nice laptop I bought for my wife. Touchscreen is very smooth. Operates well. Speaker sounds good for being a laptop. I haven’t put the battery to a real test as we have it plugged in most of the time. Overall been a good purchase for us.

    • Stop working after 3 months
The laptop worked 3 months. Just past the time frame to return it. I can't charge it anymore. Bought another charger and it is not the charger. I have spent countless hours setting up this laptop and then entering work data that now I can't retrieve. Acer is not recommended. It is going in the trash and will go buy something else. What is upsetting is that I still have to pay monthly for this no quality laptop ... show more

I'm overall happy with my purchase. One of the things I checked first with AI is that it should meet the requirements when Windows 12 comes up so that's good. The screen and the keyboard are good size very comfortable. My only gripe Is the power supply. It's your typical power cord that doesn't really sit well in the socket.
