Had to replace upper control arms for an 08 Cadillac Escalade base model with Z55 Auto ride package. These are pretty identical to factory. Fit was perfect. Also these need to be greased after install so make sure you have GM wheel bearing grease and a zerk fitting on your grease gun. *You will definitely want to buy 4 Dorman 13512 Front Upper Suspension Control Arm Bolt* if you plan on doing both sides. Upon removing the old control arms one bolt on each side ended up breaking off, one of them came out decent, and the other one got stuck and had to be cut out. so needless to say you will definitely want to buy these bolts. I also recommend buying some anti-seize so it's easier to get out if you have to do something later. last but not least I would recommend getting new alignment guides if it's in the budget. The old ones can get beat up pretty good upon tear down. ... show more

Purchased this for a 2007 Escalade. Since these control arms are adjustable for caster and camber settings on this vehicle, I took pictures of the settings of the old arms so I could install the new ones with reasonable assurance they would be close if not right on the original settings. I would recommend having the front-end alignment checked after installation though. I did both sides of the car with the same Delco professional brand parts. This part came with a castle nut and cotter pin which is interesting as the driver side only came with a standard nut. I torqued to specs and installed the cotter pin so I know this side will not come loose. These do come with grease fittings and they appear to be preloaded with grease. I did shoot one shot of grease in each arm. Maybe I should have done more grease but the last thing I wanted to do was break the seal so I will check them in a few weeks and maybe put some more grease. ... show more

Installed in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. No major issues installing except the left control arm bolt hit the coil spring when trying to remove. I had to unbolt the lower strut bolts that connect to the lower control arm in order to remove and reinstall the upper control arm. Nothing major but just added to the process of replacing the control arm. The whole process too about 45 minutes. ... show more

Definitely lighter duty than what was on the truck before, but did the trick, went right in, and saved $100 from what the parts store wanted. Upper ball joint was bad so i bought this and put it in. Took less than 30 minutes.

There is a reason you use OEM parts. If your car or truck did not have an issue for 100,000 miles with factory parts why would you not put the same quality back on it. Everything fit as if it were OEM because it is OEM equipment. Fit and finish is exactly what you would expect out of AC Delco parts. I would buy again in a heart beat. ... show more
