Works great and I love the color. I wanted new felt for the pool table that was in the house I purchased as the old felt was in very poor shape. It was a learning experience for how to install it, but it worked well and was great for a novice. There was plenty of extra fabric to make it easier when installing! The felt came arrived, as many people described, it was folded and head creases in it. All you have to do to get rid of the creases is unfold the felt lay it over a table for a couple of days, the wrinkles will all come out of it. Roll the felt if you need to store it for a few days. you have to move it somewhere or before you install it. When it comes time to install the felt unroll the fell into the table and install it all the wrinkles will be gone or if there are any slight wrinkles still as you stretch the felt the wrinkles will go away. Be sure to use a pool table brush to brush down the felt after you install. The felt was high quality cuz it was double-sided 20 oz it doesn't matter which side you install it on. The media could not be loaded. So I actually do really like this felt. I got the 19oz, one side is pretty clearly the right side, despite the instructions saying either side up, and they give you plenty of extra material to work with. It pulls really nice and tight, gameplay has been great. Not crazy fast and definitely not slow. The only problem I had was the felt comes folded and there are 2 major fold lines that are still visible after installation. What did seem to help was putting it in the dryer all the way low temp with wrinkle guard on for like 20 minutes and that got rid of alot of them. It's also only the day after so it's possible over time they will fade? But I definitely pulled tight enough. Can I suggest shipping them rolled instead of folded? Definitely a 5 star felt (assuming it holds up over time) if you did that! Regardless, for the price, feel and look...can't complain too much.vtheyre only visible at just the right angle. All in all would order again. There was some dye lines or white streaks I saw that other people mentioned, but that was on the down side of the felt, not on the top. So no worries there, doesn't show through. Update: so after a couple months, starting to get some wrinkles on the bottom of the rails, as well as center pockets. Could have been installation error but not convinced, I had this nice and tight. Guessing more to do with humidity and the cloth relaxing after the stretch. Hasn't gotten bad enough to effect gameplay but definitely sucks. Think I'm going to go with a faster felt next time ... show more

Installation was very smooth. I didn’t have any problems with wrinkles and it has stayed tight and hasn’t stretched since installation. I won’t hesitate to order this again.

    • It's not a worsted cloth!

This is a fair quality cloth. Ball does roll pretty good but same day after installing already looks like pills starting to form and some discoloration in some spots. Maybe someone spilled something when I wasn't home and is not owning up to it. Cloth is much better than what I had and ball rolls much better my real issue is I thought this was a worsted cloth and it's a napped cloth at near worsted price. It is good for a napped cloth overall. I wouldn't buy this again because I would spend 40 more and get a worsted cloth which is far superior to this one. This is a good napped cloth though so if your looking for good performance and don't want to pay the higher worsted prices, this will do. (A lil redundant)! ... show more
