Size references 5’2” 165lbs 36D Size Ordered S/M I needed something quick and simple in a rush on a budget. I ordered this one in the pinkish color. I’m partially color blind so it looks more mauve to me than pink. Let’s start with the cream dress that goes underneath! It’s super light and sheer. But to me the lightness of it made it a great choice when dealing with Florida heat. As for the sheerness, with proper undergarments you cannot see through to the goods. I have pretty plump boobas and it fit very well covering the girls just enough to be comfortable and not so risqué. The fit was not so loose and not so tight. It was a perfect fit. I’m very well proportioned when it comes to having body shape. It didn’t feel like it restricted my movements. For the sleeves to stay below the shoulders definitely use fashion tape. For the vest thing that wen over it, I love it just as much, it fit perfectly and can be adjusted according to your waist and bust size. It was longer than the dress underneath but that isn’t enough to give it a bad rating. I’m short! If anything I like it a little longer. The whole ensemble by itself no petticoat is beautiful. It’s pretty flat but good hair, makeup and accessories make it all come to life! The petticoat helped bring that extra sauce to the whole thing. Overall 10/10! Easy to wash, comfortable to wear and the smaller size was better suited for a tighter fit.

I bought this outfit for a Renaissance Fair I was going to. As a bigger girl, I usually am weary of purchasing costumes/outfits online because it is not always sized right. This dress fit perfectly and looked amazing on me! It also held up surprisingly well. When I tried on the dress part, it was a little tight and I was worried it might tear if I were to bend or sit, but 4 hours in a car did not tear this dress. It is also lighter than it looks, it was 96F during the festival and it breathed so nicely. The corset it comes with is really well made and I can see keeping it for a long time, even if the dress part ends up breaking/tearing at some point. Overall I am very happy with this purchase, my only complaint is that as a shorter girl (5ft 3.5in) I kept tripping over the flowy corset. I'd buy this product again!

The media could not be loaded. I loved this dress! The under dress is a little bit sheer but once you put on the outer dress there is no sheerness at all. It is a tad bit thin so be mindful of that if it's cold out but I was fine! I got it in a large and I wish I would have sized down since I had to tighten the back a bit extra. I'm a 33 inch waist and 50 inch bust for reference. I loved that you are able to tie it on the back and the front! The corset like back was sturdy enough for me to pop in a pair of small fairy wings I bought at the festival so that was a plus! It held up well throughout the day so I will definitely be wearing it again!

Overall I love this! First off, it is two pieces. The cinching in the front is not great. I really loved the bottom piece. When I got this I play around with the pieces stacking them in different ways. I bought this for my birthday night out to Medieval Times. Now I am not sure what I will do because I have so many different looks. I loved how it looked when I used a black long full (bohemian skirt) over the white, also loved adding a brown belt or black corset. Lots of options. I can see me taking these pieces and mixing them in with some of my own clothes to create a weekend’s worth of different options. Oh and the white underlay is thin but super soft. Have fun! Overall well made. I sized up (because I wanted it in a specific color) it fits large but I knew it would. At 4’11’ almost everything needs adjusting, but nothing a small inseam won’t fix. I will not hem because I like the way it hits the floor.

I looked for a very long time for a renaissance dress for our schools Renaissance fair. I had a very specific look in mind, and the color on the dress is beautiful, exactly what is pictured. The outer dress is light and is adjustable by tightening both in the front and the back, as well as the straps on the shoulders. However, the chemise was very different. It was much shorter than the outer layer, it didn’t have a lot of stretch, and was super thin. I had to wear multiple layers underneath to hide my underwear, and it felt like it stuck to all the wrong places. I did love the sleeves on it, but I will be looking for a new chemise for next year .

I ordered this for my rent fair outfit. Once it arrived, I was saddened and dismayed at what it looked like. It was like one of those failed Wish orders. The sleeves were long but not flowy, as pictured, and there was no waist. It was just the elastic around the neck and then down around my knees there was one ruffle, but it was completely straight up and down until then, making it look like I was wearing an old man's nightshirt gown from the 1800s. It was extremely unflattering, no matter how I dressed it up, and not even close to what was pictured. Needless to say, I returned it and had to scramble to find something else.

On the high notes, this is a light billowy outfit so I won't die in the heat. Even being a larger lady, it fit close to size. If you're unsure, don't be afraid to order a size up because you can adjust it everywhere which brings me to the downside but not so much a downside...you have to lace and tie it in the front AND the back, and you have to tie the shoulders. After taking forever to put it on, then taking forever to take it off, my husband wanted to see it on me when he got home so I had to begin the process all over again. Lol Excellent for a day at renfest. Fabric is thin so don't wear underclothes with polka dots. Underdressed can be worn as pj's.
