Direct fit with no modification

Looks and works just like OEM, but the vacuum line harness was too short for my 2004 TJ Unlimited as my harness plug was closer to the passenger side fender. Lucky for me the original harness was still in good shape and I was able to use it though it would have been nice to have a new harness that fits since I paid for it. There for only a 4 star rating.

Do not buy!!! I purchase this product in May and yesterday, the blower switch completely locked up and is now useless. This is unacceptable and I DO NOT recommend this product. Especially if you live in south Texas. Not good.

This was an exact replacement for the climate control panel in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler TJ. Worked great once one of the plugs was replaced on the wiring harness.

First I’d like to say the unit it’s self works great! Good quality. However the vac hose kit that came with the unit is too short. In my 2002, the connection is made further behind the glove box, preventing the part from being usable. Luckily, the original vac lines haven’t failed and I don’t need the new ones (yet). I would have like to have been able to replace them, seeing as I paid for them. This is the only reason for the three stars.
