    • OEM bracket won't fit new compressor, new bracket won't support compressor shield
compressor bolted up fine until time to add the upper cable support and shield bracket. There is a part of the compressor body that is larger than the OEM body, and that prevents the OEM belt shield from having an attachment point at the drivers side. I've zip-tied it for now so it doesn't bounce around but I'll be fabricating a bracket extension so that everything is supported properly.
