    • Ac compressor hot even when not engaged?!?

For whatever reason the ac compressor is hot even though it’s not on. I don’t believe this is normal and all my relays are good. Could this just be the belt turning the bearing causing it to heat up? I’m looking more into it but just fyi it’s 70 degrees F today.

Haven’t had a chance to finish the job and recharge the Freon yet. But it definitely works as a pulley to keep the belt on my daughter’s car running. Will update later on when the job is finished.
