When I ordered the part it said it was new. When I received the package and opened it I could see it was clearly used. The wire was not even connected, it was cut. Now I have to buy from somewhere local because I have an appointment the next day to get my ac recharged. I am not happy, thought I could save some money now just more frustrated.
