It’s been 7 months since purchasing. I’m glad I diagnosed it to the failed magnetic coil. How to check? If you turn on ac and the rpm’s go up slightly but the clutch isn’t engaging. Also check that the clutch can still freely rotate so it’s not a seized compressor. Check the fuse ($10). YouTube for other diagnostic ideas. Mechanic was quoting $2000 to replace compressor, condenser and Freon with labor. Took about 6 hours to figure out with my middle schooler. Meanwhile, replaced to serpentine belt. YouTube has good diy videos. The new c clip was a bit stiff so I used the old one. The most difficult part was the c clips. Don’t give up!

Well it’s been installed for 2 weeks now and still working ! Ya ! It’s good to have COLD AC again ! It’s not for the faint of heart if you’re installing this on an Accord V6 ! I installed it with jack stands but if you have access to a lift it would make your life a whole lot easier !

I bought these parts to fix my air conditioning but I lost $50. I had to check the package as soon as everything arrived because my van had a transmission problem and it took me a while to fix it and when I was going to put the air conditioning kit on the compressor it came out damaged and that's it. I can't return it because I took so long to fix my van.

The clutch was easy to install. I wish I could say the same for removing the old clutch. It was a bear to get the old clutch removed but incredibly easy to install the new one.

Item was described as new but It arrived in an opened box with unknown quality. There were bits of hair and small foams all over it. I used the brush to clean them off

Everything was the correct size. I have the original compressor on the vehicle and everything did fit correctly. Don't forget to shim (shims are included) the clutch for the needed air gap to keep from burning up the coils prematurely. 07 Honda Odyssey i-vtec 3.5 exl
