This garland is great! It was packaged nicely such that it didnt kink or bend the garland in a weird way when unpacking. Its also quite full and nicely sized for the price. The material is very flexible and easy to maneuver. Its almost like a very soft rubber. There are multiple settings for the lights. The only thing I am disappointed by is that I dont see an option for a timer or a dimmer, and it didnt come with a remote. That said I will definitely be buying the christmas version as well.

The quality is phenomenal for the price, and I was genuinely surprised at how heavy it was! The color is just as advertised and the material is really nice - similar l almost like rubber. I also love that it’s all one piece and has the loops on both ends! Really happy with this purchase!

There's nothing like a lighted garland for the holidays. This beautiful cedar garland is pre lit with 8 different light patterns which run on 3 AA batteries. The cedar greenery is lifelike, yet soft. It's got a little weight to it but isn't cumbersome so it's easy to hang if you need to. Just be sure to use heavy duty adhesive hooks or another sturdy method. For my pictures, I draped it over the mantle, which gives an idea of its appearance but doesn't do it justice. The garland looks better when it's swagged because it allows the cedar to fall in a lush, filled form, whereas when it's lying down on a surface it looks more sparse. It's still not as thick as the picture, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Each end of the garland has a loop for hanging but is also discreet. The lighting on this garland is well attached and stays hidden in the branches. There are 8 different light settings, which you can see in my video. It's a minute long but it cycles through each stage. Some of the settings are too fast and flickering for my taste, so I won't use them all. The first setting is the combination of all patterns, so be aware of that. The battery case was odd because it was wrapped in a Velcro sleeve made of 2 pieces for a very uneven fit. I have no idea what its purpose is, so I don't plan to use the velcro sleeve. Everything appears durable and strong. No problems with loose branches or shedding needles. It's good quality and is beautiful. I think the price is fair when you consider the quality, that it's pre lit with a variety of patterns, its 9 foot length, and it is so pretty. It's a good size for a standard mantle, but you'll definitely need more than one for a bannister. The only thing I wish it had is a remote for easy use and light rotation. Otherwise, this is a great holiday choice.

I was excited to find this lovely Polyethylene (PE) cedar garland with warm white lights offered in a battery-operated version. We have a free-standing section of banister at the top of our stairwell with no nearby electrical outlets; to decorate the handrail with lighted garland, we would have to string a cord across the floor in the upstairs hall, creating an ugly trip hazard. The banister’s handrail is a little over six feet long, so I reasoned that a 9-foot garland would fit well with some leftover for decorative tails at either end. The garland comes inside of a long, protective cellophane sleeve, coiled up inside of a corrugated box; it fits back inside perfectly for storage. The garland’s branches are three-dimensional just like real cedar; it even has a slight gradation in coloring to a lighter shade near the branch tips mimicking newer growth. The branches are very soft, rubbery, and unwired; they are easy to manipulate but they are limp. There is no fluffing this garland and, as a result, it is best displayed hanging rather than laid across a horizontal surface where it flattens out considerably. The branches are attached around a flexible, brown-wrapped central wire that ends in a loop on both ends; the battery box is attached close to one end. To my surprise, the PE foliage has no discernible scent unlike other PE garlands that I have ordered which made my eyes burn. I enlisted my husband’s help to temporarily hang the garland on the banister until we can install cup hooks under the handrail. This garland looks like it was made for the area with two equal swags and a 16-inch tail at either end. The soft foliage covers the loops on the ends and conceals the battery box. I draped some of the branches from the back of the garland over the central wire to conceal it. We installed three AA batteries and turned on the warm white LED lights; they are ample and well-distributed throughout the garland. There are eight different modes of lighting from which to choose, two of which are combinations of other modes. I personally prefer a steady on lighting so we set it at that and the garland illuminates every night for six hours before turning itself off at bedtime. I am so pleased with this garland for its price; it is lush and realistic when hung and took almost no time to install compared to our traditional garland which must be tediously fluffed every year. I consider the cedar foliage beautiful “as is”, especially with its warm lights, although it could easily be personalized with ribbon, pinecones, and ornaments. I highly recommend this garland as an excellent value for those wanting the look of cut greenery without the mess and the convenience of timed lights without access to an electrical outlet.

I love all things Christmas and this prelit pine garland is absolutely stunning. My favorite part is that it is battery powered which is so nice I don’t have to worry about outlets or cords. The garland itself is so pretty and full and have a very real authentic look and feel. The garland is soft and very easy to move and drape wherever you want it, I don’t have stairs but I think it would looks so pretty on a banister, but in my house it goes on my hearth. The lights are nice and bright with multiple light settings. If you looking to spruce up your Christmas decorations you will not be disappointed in this product.

This nine-foot garland creates a full, festive display without requiring me to purchase and weave in a separate strand of lights. The cedar-style greenery looks attractive along a mantel, staircase, doorway, or railing, and the prelit design saves considerable setup time. This 9 foot cedar garland is a pretty addition to Christmas decor and has a nice realistic look once it’s fluffed and arranged. The longer length works especially well across a mantel, staircase, doorway, or table, and I like that the lights are already included so there’s less decorating to do. It does need some shaping right out of the package to get the branches looking full, and up close you can still tell that it’s artificial. Overall, it’s a beautiful holiday garland that adds greenery and a cozy glow without the mess of real cedar.
