I got mine with my 5 letter nickname in center in old English and a heart, I was worried there'd be a missing letter as some may have mentioned. The packaging was beautiful in a white box and a cleaning cloth and it comes in a little ziplock baggie. Its perfect. I would buy this again just because its so shiny and sturdy.

I chose this product over others that were available because this seller will engrave both sides of the silver bar instead of just one. This allowed for two separate sentiments and the necklace can be reversed depending on my mood. I wish the chain was a little sturdier though but I think this product is probably targeted to females with whom this thinner chain would be preferred.

My photo is in black in white to show the details but I love it!!!! It’s exactly what I wanted! It’s dainty and the font I picked is perfect and beautiful. I wanted mine to say “forward” because that’s my life moto! When life gets hard, just keep moving forward! I love that it came with a chain extender so you can kind of decide what size you like! This is without the extra chain and I also paired this necklace with my other chain necklace. I will update if anything bad happens but so far so good!! Very good quality :-)

So disappointed. I was so excited for this necklace and waited almost a month for it, just to get it in the mail and open it to find that you can’t even see what is supposed to be engraved/wrote on the necklace they made it so small you can’t even hardly read it without getting super close. So disappointing, I do not recommend! Requested a refund patiently waiting to see if I wasted my money or not. If you want to actually be able to see the letters you had placed on the necklace, order somewhere else! So upset.
