After a few weeks of daily wear, there have been no green marks or signs of low-quality material, so I’m inclined to believe this is genuine sterling silver. There is a 925 stamp on mine which helps with piece of mind but you never know these days. The lab grown diamond is quite small as expected from description and the band width is narrow to create an illusion of a much larger stone.
