I would definitely recommend these candles. I try to keep them in stock. They do last a long time. I only had one issue one candle didn't have a stem in it. So I couldn't use it. Buyer Beware. The candle is not made of actual wax that a typical candle would have and comes in a plastic jar; the jar is not made of glass. Very disappointed and when lit, it's more so made of oil and petroleum jelly and is soft to the touch.

I'm in Florida, and after two hurricanes knocking out power, I wanted to have low cost candles around, that could last for several days. Prayer candles fit the bill! Non scented (less ingredients = lower cost), the flame (and wax) is completely contained inside the glass container. They're great and meet me needs perfectly at a low cost.
