What an amazing company. I ordered a backdrop, but the image I submitted didn’t work. Ramon was so very helpful. He called and emailed me, created a new design and sent it to production and mailed it out in time for my event. It looked amazing. Couldn’t be happier, fantastic customer service

    • Not as advertised.
Prior to ordering the product, I sent in very specific details. I asked to make sure #1, that the material had a matte finish to avoid reflection from the podcast lighting. This was ignored upon purchase then again when I spoke with the owner. The second problem was the logo color match was not even close. I called for a refund and the owner assured me through pictures that he could match the logo. This was not accomplished. When the item arrive, there were cuts in the folds, it was obvious that the screen-print had not cured and they folded the banner before it settled. After contacting the owner on a few occasions and phone calls back and forth, he assured me that he would correct the problem. I am still helpful this happens. I am hopeful that the owner will make this right. As I indicated, I talked to the owner on the phone and on email numerous times. I believe he has the ability to make this purchase right, till them I cannot recommend this product. Will follow up if the owner contacts me. No refund has arrived. ... show more

I didn't know I was paying $21 for doing, or I would have ordered both at the same time!!! I LOVE THIS and need to order another. It is on very good material, so you can keep it clean with just a wipe off! It is HUGE!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!
