UPDATE: (4/5 star rating) I received a response from the seller and they kindly sent me a replacement 4-pack of lids. Now, I have 2 extra if any of them crack or break in the future, which is nice! Even though I wish the lid quality was better, the seller made it right by sending me replacements. ORIGINAL REVIEW: (3/5 star rating) When I received my order of the 8-pack stackable clear storage bins with lids, 2 of the lids came cracked and broken. Other lids have white cloudy spots on them. On their contact card, they say they will provide a refund or replacement if you receive a broken/damaged/defective item. However, I contacted the seller 2 days ago via their 24-hour support team email they provide when they ship the order, and still have not received a response. Pretty disappointed in the poor quality of the lids. The bins themselves are fine, but I wish the lids were better.

Perfect size, top easily fits and lifts off. Separating: that’s a one star. I ended up placing stack between my sneakers pushing against the sides and yanking the top container up by the hand grips. Edit: The seller did not have a solution to my issue, but they generously offered to replace the set with another. Hopefully, the new ones are easier to pull apart. These come nested and they are impossible to separate. I am stronger than most people (used to be a personal trainer) and I could only separate 3 of the 8. My partner and I tried for an hour, and that's literally all we could separate. To even do that many, I had to thread a rope through the handles and pull with everything I had. My hands got cut up from the rope in the effort. I can only imagine how impossible it would be for someone who has disabilities. So, if you want a set of 3, buy their "set of 8" and maybe you can get your 3. Otherwise, I'd try a different brand. Note: I have reached out to the seller to see if there's a "trick" to separating them. I'll update if they come back with a solution.
