My wife got these to supplement some artificial greenery she has. When we opened the box, some of the buds immediately fell off. By themselves, they look really fake and plastic-y. But she mixed them in with the greenery she had and they blend in well and don't look too bad.

My backyard and mailbox area are a serious mixture of grass and rocks/boulders. There is a bit of a mountain-y vibe, and while I’m landscaping and gardening with real plants everywhere else, I’m not ready to tackle the mailbox area yet. Still, I wanted to soften the look a bit and have some kempt-looking greenery rather than just weeds. I’m very happy with how this faux grass looks! The gradient of green has depth at the bottom and lightness at the top, which makes it look much more like real grass. It’s a great splash of color, and I’m hoping that the UV resistant claim holds up because the color is really pretty as-is. One tip I have, though, is to not pull the grass by the tops at any point. Try to handle them from the thickness/stem at the bottom, or you’ll pull the strands off. They’re easy to put back on, but it’s a bummer to have to. I think the price is fair and the look is great! Oh, and each strand has the type of wire you can bend in it, so you can be very precise with the placement, if you wanted to.
