I really like these earrings and the quality look. They have a very elegant appearance and the flat back style makes them more comfortable. These are all the same size. The 3mm stones are just right without being too small or too big. The only issue i have is the claim these are 316l surgical stainless steel. Real 316 steel is not magnetic and as you can see these are slightly magnetic. This seems to be very common with jewelry being labeled as 316 surgical stainless steel that's not. Some people are allergic to certain materials and require this material to avoid any possible reactions. By claiming this is a material it's not opens not only the buyer to a possible unnecessary allergic reaction but also the seller to a possible lawsuit I would think especially if someone has a dangerous reaction. Aside from this these earrings are very pretty elegant and dainty. They backs screw on easily and have a secure hold. The studs are not too long or short. I’m really sensitive to sleeping in earrings so I rarely wear any earrings in my second and third piercings. I put these in last night and the reason I gave them five stars is because other flat back earrings I have tried were so HARD to put in I could barely do it.
