To start. The desk itself is everything I wanted, It very spacious (I have a lot of monitors, a laptop, big PC) and it holds everything and it looks nice. The storage makes it extra nice as now I have a place for all the extra peripherals and "Desk Junk". Even being a flat pack build your own desk it is very sturdy it has a good thick frame and a lot of cross bars to make my over stuffed desktop not bend even a little. For the price, I could not ask for anything better, I would find it hard to find something equal to the quality for the price. Building the desk: It comes with a pretty great instructions that are pretty clear for the most part (You really have to pay attention to the orientation of certain pieces or you will find yourself undoing a thing here or there, Luckily it has so many pieces its pretty easy to correct something without having to undo the whole des). Everything came well packed, even with a slightly roughed up box there is enough foam pieces keeping most things pretty safe. All parts came complete, with maybe some minor scuffs but all the important stuff was intact. The seller is the main reason I am writing the review. I tried to buy the same style desk from another seller 2 weeks ago and only got one box. I could not get an answer from anyone if the other box was coming/on the way/existed at all. Once I ordered the desk from this seller I reached out to make sure it was coming in two boxes or one so I knew what to wait for. Not only did they confirm that it came in two boxes the customer service rep sent me both tracking numbers (Amazons system only gives you one ), and once both boxes arrived the rep reached out again to ask/make sure that I got everything. It really is the little things that make the very impersonal shopping version of shopping on Amazon feel a whole lot better. Summary - If you need a big desk with a good amount of counter space, good storage, and sturdy for a great price this desk a great option. The seller's willingness to communicate and make sure every thing was as I wanted makes this a 5 star for me.

A review of the 71" Executive Desk with Power Outlets, Reversible L Shaped Desk with File Drawers & Storage Shelves. This desk looks so perfect. The wood on the top, mixed with the black metal pieces- it really looks great. The little touches of the hooks for a bag or earphones, the outlet so you can plug things in close to you, and the fact that you get to decide which direction for the L shape to happen, all great. It comes in 2 big boxes. A fairly big section of hardware to put it together, screws and such. Does come with the Allen wrenches and a small screwdriver. Lots of Styrofoam to keep the pieces from scratches or breaking. Large panels for the top of the desk, and some small, medium, and large pieces for the rest of the desk. This is a few hours work to build. We are people who have built a lot of furniture over the years and are pretty careful and we look over instructions carefully. We made a few mistakes on building this one. But caught the mistakes before having to take much apart. The big bars that will hold the top long panels is where we didn't notice where some holes needed to be. Just an FYI. So, take your time and you'll end up with a great looking desk. There were a few tiny scratches on a few pieces right out of the boxes, but nothing that you can really see if not looking for them luckily. The top panels have some weight to them. There are letters and numbers on everything so you know what they are. The stickers came off nicely after the desk was all put together (glad we waited to take them off since we did have a few times of having to redo things when we realized we had made a mistake in building). I checkmark the pieces on the instructions as they come out of the boxes to make sure we have everything. All pieces accounted for. We did have an issue with a few pieces not lining up. We contacted the company and they worked with us and now the desk is all put together and works perfectly. There is a metal mesh under the desk, it is my husband's favorite part of this desk. It hides all the wires and cords nicely. You can zip tie them to it and hide all that spaghetti mess. Plus it is just nice looking. There are 2 drawers. A small and a larger one in the same section. The larger has bars so you can hang folders if you want. In case anyone wondered if they 'soft closing' on their own, they are not. The handles are black. There are multiple shelf areas, different sizes. The metal bars and metal legs look great. They even give you some cap covers for holes because of the fact that you won't be using all depending on which L shape you choose. The wood panels, I don't think they are real wood but you can actually feel the 'wood grain'. It looks so good, a dark brown and an even darker brown. I really like the look of it. That is 2 pieces. The 3rd panel on the top is black. It is a nice combo. The desk is a great size. We have moniters, keyboards, laptops, and other things on it. And it still looks clean and organized because of the space available. The space/size of the desk also makes it very stable. I tried to wiggle the top of it and it did not move. Nice. I highly recommend this desk and the company that takes care of their customers.

Have to echo the biggest CON for this desk is the assembly. All in took about 3-4 hours. Assembly was fairly easy as long as you closely follow the directions. Directions pretty clear. You have to pay close attention to the orientation of the steel support bars as it is noted in the directions, otherwise you'll be taking portions apart to redo. If you are handy, it is easy. If you are not, maybe look elsewhere. But the desk is very sturdy. The surface materials are a bit cheap, "laminated" surface is a bit cold and the desk edge is very sharp on your wrist. But all that can be easily corrected with an oversized mouse pad & desk edge guard pad. The drawers actually are not bad. The slides use ball bearing type slides and are surprising decent. They aren't full extension, or soft close, but better than I expected. You do get a bit more "quality" desk than the very low cost suggests. The photos truly reflect the actual appearance. Overall very pleased.

This large desk is certainly worth the asking price. The desktop area is plenty deep and the shelves/drawer make for lots of storage space. The instructions were easy to follow, but it did take a long time to assemble (get some couples time in). One of the panels arrived with a small crack, but when I reached out to the seller they immediately shipped out a replacement part. Probably my best flatpack purchase.
