Ive had these for a little over a year now and all of them have been pretty impressive. No signs of bad quality. The half inch was used on a car lower ball joint that was completely stuck, which required the product to be under a pretty good amount of stress for a while before the nut for the ball joint came off. I was surprised that a brand i had never heard of was able to hold up really well for the work that i was doing.

I've got a 20 volt impact driver that I use for everything, so when I saw this socket adapter set, I had to add it to my collection so I could use the impact driver with sockets, as well. The set arrived quickly, and included a handy plastic carry case, as well as a plastic storage rail that fits all 3 adapters. The quality of the adapters seems to be excellent- very nice finish on all 3 adapters, and proper fit to my sockets. Overall, I'm very happy with this impact socket adapter set, and I think that for the advertised price of just $6.99 (as of the date of this review), these adapters are an excellent value. Solid 5 stars.

The Verdict: RECOMMEND The GOOD: - Nice storage options included - Accurate fit and good socket retention - Impact rated - Black finish The BAD: - Finish is said to be phosphate, but it is very glossy and almost looks like paint Changes to get 5-stars: - True phosphate finish if it isn't Details: These impact-rated adapters will be a nice addition to my current hex-to-socket adapters. I haven't broken a standard adapter yet, but these should be better. They claim to support up to 75 Nm (~55 ft.-lbs.) of torque. I know I've pushed my standard ones to 100 ft.-lbs. so I would hope these could actually do more than they claim. The ball detents hold sockets well with the 1/4" be the weakest, but that goes for anything I have in 1/4" size. No issues fitting my Milwaukee impact driver and I hope to test them soon. The finish looks to me like pain, but it could be phosphate. I've just never seen a glossy version of a phosphate finish. Maybe they clear-coated it. Anyway, at the current price of $7 for all three I say grab a set to have on hand. ************************************************ My Rating Scale: 5 STARS - Item worked better than advertised and exceeded my expectations. The item provided more value than I anticipated and is a great deal. The item seems very well made and should last for a long time. (HIGHLY recommend) 4 STARS - Item worked exactly as expected if not slightly better. Item appears to be made well. After using socket adapters that are not impact rated and snapping them in half, I found these. So far they've worked well on various uses with my impact, including changing out tires on a golf cart. I haven't noticed any signs of cracking or stress and hope these last a long time. My Star Rating Scale: 5 stars - Perfect, or as close to perfect as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone. 4 stars - Works well, but could see some minor changes that could make the product better. Would recommend to others. 3 stars - Functional, but areas of concern or major changes that could make the product better. Recommend researching other options. OR, neutral ranking, nothing really special or bad about the product. 2 stars - Barely functional, recommend researching other options. 1 star - Avoid at all costs!
