Easy setup of the two trunk pieces. If you look closely you can tell where the joint is but it's not too bad (see pic). As you get further away into normal viewing ranges, you can't tell. Beware that it does take some patience and effort to get the branches and leaves into position. It took me about 45 min to get it to look like the advertisement (see pic) and you have to be really careful bending some of the twigs at the end of the higher branches. Some of the fake twig segments are molded too thin and I broke one off when adjusting (see pic). The height of the trunk is a little over 6.5 feet. With the way I've bent the branches to make it look like the ad, the height was 2 inches shy of 7 feet. However, you can bend the branches to obtain the 7 foot height very easily. For the price, there are some surprising details that I love. The twisted wood trunk adds to the realism. In my side by side pic, it looks like there is light reflecting off some of the leaves that the ad pic does not have. Those are actual different color leaves and adds to the realism even more than the ad portrays! I've taken off one star due to the fragile end twigs, and I will need to see about durability over time but so far it is a great tree for the value and I will be purchasing other trees from this manufacturer! ... show more
