It worked well with sagging head liner in my 2004 Honda Accord. Only the left side sagged probably due to it being closer to the outside wall in my basement. I only needed 8 but matched the other side with another 8. Basically you have screws, snaps that go on the screens, little soft colored buttons that you snap on after you screw them in. I don't know what is the deal with the thumbtacks so I guess if you need to totally re-hang your headliner they might be useful. Easy and cheap....(insert bad joke here.) ... show more

Worked ok on my 94 Kodiak dump truck. Screws hit the cab top through the headliner. So one can’t push the caps on without the screws pushing back out. So I just left bare snaps. No caps.
