  • Works great!
Color: Red/Blue
The media could not be loaded. For mounting on Ford explorer 2017 ( civilian) I needed to place the strip first on a 90 degree aluminum profile, I used black to blend with the car. Use 3M VHB in 3 spots on the aluminum profile, clean the lower surface of the plastic below the car, than glue it and use 4 screws to make it permanent. Make sure to understand first where you wire from before installation. Do NOT cut the wires! The control unit chip is inside the cig plug switch. Length of the aluminum profile needs to be 151 cm, put 2 screws on edges after glue to profile. Need to install between the jack location. Hope this info helps. ... show more

  • Bright lights! Multiple Patterns. Easy Install. No Pattern List
Short Review: For $35 and a few minutes work, you can add LED strobes to your car, tuck, van, or RV. These lights are very bright; there are enough pattern choices that you are sure to find the one you want, and installation is a breeze. The only downside for me is the 12V plog configuration, and the lack of a pattern list. If you want to hardwire this in to a switch on your vehicle, cutting off the plug is easy enough, but since the rocker switch that controls the pattern is part of the plug, you're going to have to do some extra work to keep it functional. Long version: The LEDs are mini LEDS arranged in a double row. You can choose several color combination at purchase. I chose amber and white since I'm a Vol fan and theselights are mor for decoration than anything else. Remember that in many states, the colors red and blue are reserved for Fire/Police/and ambulance services. If you buy a light strip with these colors, you may get pulled over. Installation of the light strip itself couldn't be easier. But before you install them, it's a geat idea to uncoil them. Stretch out the strip and let it relaxe from the tight curl. It will adhere better, and will last longer. Select the place you want the lights. Make sure it's long enough because these strips cannot be cut to length, like some others. Clean the surface to remove dirt, dust, and oil. Remove the backing paper from the LED strip a bit at a time, and press the strip firmly to the surface. A little attention to detail here is good, resulting in an installation that is level, straight, and looks sharp. The trickier part is routing the power cable to an outlet. The easy way is through a window or door, but that leaves the wire exposed and looks tacky. I routed my wire along the bed of the truck, through a vent in the back of the cab, then removed the plastic cover on the door sill to route the cable to the front of the cab. From there, under the dash using hangers provided with the lights, and into an unused 12v socket. Pick a socket that is within convenient reach of the ddriver or passenger. The operating switches are on the plug; if you pick a hidden outlet, you'll have a hard time turning the lights on and off, or changing the pattern. After powering on the lights, use the rocker switch on the plug to cycle through the flashing modes. I made a list of wach mode and how many clicks it took to get there, and keep it in the glove box with the Operator's manual. The light flashes according to the last setting when you turned it off, so once you have a pattern you like, just leave the rocker alone. If you accidentally nudge it, well, you have to cycle through all the modes to get back to your favorite. If this light strip proves to handle the weather, stay bright, and not peel off, I'll go ahead and cut off the plug, and wire the light strip into an AUX switch on the truck, rewiring the rocker and hiding it in the center console. ... show more

  • Actually fairly bright
The media could not be loaded. These light are exactly what I expected. Easy to install anywhere I choose . Stuck pretty good to the real glass of my Chevy for temporary use. Has holes on outside if i choose to install else where if it doesn’t stick too good. Flash Patterns are alright, only thing is I havto jump in & out of the truck just to choose the flash pattern I want to use. Of course you can always have someone else changes the patterns for you while u stand back there as well just hauler at them to stop but that’s the only down side to these lights . Good buy in my opinion . I’d buy more . ... show more

Flashing Patterns: The strip features multiple flashing patterns to enhance visibility and effectiveness. These patterns are designed to attract attention and provide clear warning signals in different situations. Installation: The strip is designed to be mounted on the tailgate or rear window of a truck. It typically includes adhesive backing or mounting hardware for secure installation. Durability: Built to withstand tough conditions, the strobe light strip is often made from weather-resistant materials suitable for outdoor use and harsh environments. Some users might find it challenging to achieve the desired placement and ensure that the strip remains securely fastened. Power Supply: The strip will need a power source from the vehicle’s electrical system. Proper wiring and connection are essential to ensure reliable operation. Users must ensure they have the necessary electrical connections and knowledge for installation. Color Restrictions: The combination of amber and blue may not be suitable for all types of vehicles or jurisdictions. For example, blue lights are often restricted to emergency vehicles in many areas, so it’s important to check local regulations before installation. Summary: The AINBIN 60-inch Truck Amber/Blue Strobe Lights Strip is a high-visibility lighting solution designed for emergency and warning applications. With its 360 LEDs, multiple flashing patterns, and durable construction, it provides effective signaling for various vehicles including plow trucks, construction machinery, and emergency service vehicles.
