I recently had cataract surgery that resulted in good distance vision, but close work required glasses. I used a test sheet that indicated I needed the 2.5 lenses, and I purchased these glasses. Surprisingly, the dimensions of the frame were the same as for my old prescription glasses, and they fit without adjustment. I especially appreciate the spring arms and the adjustable nose pads. The quality of the frames and lenses is good. I used these glasses primarily for reading. A subsequent eye exam indicated that I needed lenses between 2.5 and 3.0. I bought a second set of 3.0 glasses, which were better for close work with the 2.5 better for computer work. In principle, the lens in each eye can be switched using a jeweler's screwdriver, but I didn't need to do that. Having six glasses is convenient for different locations (car, workshop, living room, etc.). Overall, a high quality product with six pairs for the price of a single pair at a retail store. ... show more

So far, I've been pleased with the clarity on these. My next statement is more about my eyes that the product. With this brand or any other, after 4 hours in front of the computer screen (Enterprise Apps career field), I typically have a blurry vision field for about 30-50 minutes from when i remove them. But for this brand, I've been pleased with the endurance of the screw hinges that a lot of other brands don't survive from the way I one-handed put them on and pull them off. A simple alcohol wipe to remove my finger smudges. DEFINITELY worth the price of this qty for that cost. ... show more

Six-pack of readers arrived promptly and for a good price. I need plenty of them because I lose and break these things all the time taking them on construction jobs. If you’re not as hard on them as I am they should last you much longer. Light weight and handy for when I need to read the small print on plans or sort out the smaller electrical connections, plus they look good enuf to carry on social occasions. The only plaint with this package is the flimsy carrying bag; sure there are three of them in the package along with three cleaning cloths, but each bag is so thin it provides very little protection to the readers it holds. Still, I am well satisfied and will likely buy another set. Just hope I won’t need it until next year. ... show more

good, clear glass 2.5 readers. I'm not sure they are as wide as specified, but they are sufficient. I was disappointed to only receive two cloth storage bags foe six pairs of glasses. They fold well and I hope to be using them for a long time. By having six pairs I can locate them in strategic locations and not have to carry them from one place to another. ... show more
