    • Wonderful but read to know flaws
It is a wonderful product for it's price but it has plenty of flaws and this is because its engineering. Suspension and wheels - As you may now, it has no suspension and the wheels are totally material wheels so it does not help at all. therefore, if you will use this scooter for urban areas or a place without so many potholes or uneven pavement, you should be good to go and this is not a problem for you, but in my case I have potholes everywhere and uneven floors everywhere too so the product is less enjoyable when you are vibrating like crazy for that. Materials - the product it is heavy but not only on weight but you may understand that this is not like other scooters that looks like the wind will take them down, this is a bulky metal made scooter, just like those mountain old days bikes so I believe that is good if you want something strong. Battery, I normally take multiple trips per day with only one charge, if you are a college student and you leave in a 10 minutes in car from the school, this should be perfect, but otherwise, just take your charger with you and leave it charging somewhere after a 20 minutes car trip with the scooter. z Motor - it is good but not at all, I use it in really tall hills and I use the cruise mode, the slowest it goes is 5 mph and faster 15mph, and I weight 180lbs / 80kg aprox. App - perfect to do what you expect, lock it, use other type of modes like the hiking mode and other things, it is an appreciated extra that worth the price. The only problem is that the app is too chinese so sometimes it is a pain in the but with the account log in and that type of stuff, so if you don't care that the CCP knows about your scooter record, you shouldn't worry about that lol. ... show more

    • Light weight and great customer service
So I decided to succumb to the scooter fever and got this a few months ago. I usually use it to go to work and back. First month and I fell down due to my own fault and the hand break broke. I got in contact with their customer service and the answer was fast. After sending them all the info and pictures they told me they would send me a new scooter. So I sent mine back and a week later I got the new one. All this time I was in constant contact with them. If you want a scooter with good customer service this is a great choice. So some pros and cons Pros - It is very light weight compared to other scooters out there - this isn’t very important but everyone seems to think the design is very clean looking. - the break is great. I think maybe too great but once you get tue hang of it is good. - the speed is 15 m/h so it’s great for shorter commutes Cons - The location of the hand break makes it vulnerable to movement if the scooter falls on that side. Aside from the first time there was another were it fell and the break moved but this was easily fixable with some tools - sometimes it takes a while for it to accelerate again if you slow down your speed. Also it is a non zero start and not very often it takes a longer push for it to start going Overall this is a great scooter. I got it at a good price and I think it was worth it. This is my third scooter, after a failed run of Macwheels scooters I found this one on a great sale. It is solid. Its nice to ride, if a bit slower than other scooters. I didn't give it 5 stars because the charge doesn't last as long as advertised and its really hard to fold up. That being said, if you're only commuting a few miles a day like me and rarely need to fold it, its all good. Still much better than either Macwheels I've owned. ... show more

    • First review I ever wrote in 39 years of life
Very disappointed. Extremely disappointed. I have looked forward to this for almost a month now. I bought scooter 3 weeks ago. First one I got did not accelerate. I got to return it and wait another week for replacement. Which at that point I was ok with. 2nd scooter comes. And it has e2 error code and not functional. This has cause me to spend more money on transportation since I planned on using this for a commute back and forth to work. So now I just got my refund. I really wanted this scooter. All I ever wanted. I don't know if it was a fluke both scooters defected or just the product it self . Hope they can solve the issues. .. and on last note. It's gonna be 7 days upon product return for a refund. So now it will be about 5 weeks of waiting just to start at the original spot I was at before ordering. Waste of my time and money. Thank you for letting me vent ... show more
