I needed to replace an 8 year old cat tower for my Birman cat. I looked for something with a modern design and tall enough so it can be a refuge for her. This fit the bill! The materials are sturdy and high quality. We received everything in the box. The box itself was damaged but the components were fine. My kids (12 & 8) and I assembled it in an hour. The only challenging part was the ladder. We were only able to use the screw on one side. It’s pretty sturdy and my cat never uses it so it is fine. As you can see in the picture she loves it too! It's a very well made cat tree. Sturdy, tall, and pretty. I love the design and the quality. It's very easy to put together and the instructions are pretty clear and easy to follow. My only complaint is that the cat tree has a very strong chemical smell (similar to the smell of new wood furnitures or fresh renovated homes). It was very bad during the first few days and got better a week later. If you are sensitive to smell, you may want to put it outside for a while before bringing it indoor. Anyhow, I love it. I have been looking for cat trees for a long time and searched for every brand that offers aesthetically pleasing cat trees which were very expensive. My cats are older 8,10,13, so I knew that they were only going to sleep on the cat tree and not use it for play. The bowls have good sizing for my aging ladies, though it took them a while to get used to it, they are in love. This is a very modern looking cat tower. Unfortunately my two cats don’t like it and won’t use it. I don’t think they like laying in the wicker baskets. Their old cat tower had flat shelves covered in soft padded cloth.

I chose this cat tower because it has multiple beds, and it looks so much nicer than the ones wrapped in carpet. It was easy-peasy to put together (literally, easier than any Ikea furniture). It took about 10-15 minutes. My cat loved it immediately.

Got this for my two cats. When I put it together the tree was extremely unstable and that is with the bowl moved closer to to middle as when it is to the side as shown the stability is even worse. This is also extremely small, the is barely any room for the cats to jump from one level to the next and make the cats so uncomfortable they refuse to use it unaided as the level are also very close together and hang over one another. Very diappointed, definitely not worth the money. Could have bought a different one for the same price it not less that would have been better. Picture show the issues. ... show more
