To get max grip, press it to the surface for a solid minute, and then leave it overnight for the stickiness to bond to the surface. I’ve been looking for the perfect MagSafe charger/mount for my iPhone 12 Pro with no luck. So, I finally just bought the original Apple charger and put it on a magnetic mount I already had. However, I hated the white cable running down to the charger. So, I painted the white cable with spray on Dap and bought these black clips. The clips work great! I love that they hold the cable securely in an actual clip rather than the wrap around kind. I also love the fact that the adhesive on the back is clear and not white. I had purchased another clear type clip but the adhesive backs were white. That defeats the purpose of them being clear. These clips, along with me painting the white cable black, really help give it a clean look.

The media could not be loaded. I would not put more than one cable on these. The adhesives don't seem super strong but work great for my one car project. I've been using with the Xmas and Halloween decorations to keep the cable from the floor and our kids and have worked great so far. The decorations look neater, clutterless and out of the way from my babies. For one of our light that was too tight it fell off, so had to make it a little so it did not pull the hook.

These are GREAT, the adhesive is very good and the clip accommodates most wires. I have them all over the house now, from holding some of the wires to the office desk, to the lamp on the bedside table, etc. I also have put four across the back of my passenger seat and use them to hold my masks--makes a convenient place to store the mask in the car without it sliding around the top of the dashboard. It also allows the masks to dry out if I have been wearing them for a long time. Highly recommend, and you can be creative with how you use these!

These mountable clips are perfect for holding cell phone cords and similar cables. These clips are perfect for keeping my cell phone charge cords from falling behind furniture, etc. The black color makes it almost invisible. There really aren’t any downsides to this product. The clips are nice but a variety pack would be great. Anyone with a cell phone or computer could use these clips. I think this was a great value for the price. I plan to use them all over the house to hold cords from falling off tables/counters/etc.

A pain to remove the plastic over the adhesive. If you think I’m complaining I suggest you film yourself taking the plastic off off ever one with a timer and post it on YouTube as a rebuttal. If you do it in under 30 minutes I’ll send you 10 bucks

These do a nice job of managing cables and wires. And removal/remounting of wiring is easy since these never really fasten closed - they just have a flex opening. And the adhesive is quite strong, in fact, place them carefully, because once in place they're hard to move. I removed one star for the backing plastic over the adhesive base; one needs to have the fingernails of Cassandra, Mistress of the Dark just to get the backing off of each one. Perhaps this is the price one pays to have adhesive that remains cemented throughout the life of the build. I didn't have to remove any, but I suspect that would have involved acetone and required the removed clip to be replaced. That's a relatively small deal since the larger concern is integrity of the adhesive. I used to install avionics and wire harnesses on aircraft. Aviation has similar wire bases as these for this purpose although those require a separate tie strap to hold wire bundles and cables. So there are many times I would have preferred these over what was available to me at the time (for those in the know, these would have had to have FAA approval for that use). Speaking from the perspective of an experienced installer, I found these to be very useful and clean. I still have quite a few left after the build, otherwise I'd say that I would buy them again - even though I don't have Cassandra's nails.

Bought to hang up a 25 ft ether cord. Definitely recommend sticking it on the wall or wherever you wanted to use it for a couple of days before putting the cord into the clips. It is clear in the information sheet that it takes roughly 2-3 days for the adhesive to be at 100%. The first time I tried to put the cord into the clips, the weight of the cord pulled the clip off. But after waiting, I haven't had any problems with the clip coming off. I have bought again. However, I did place some clips in the wrong spot, and they were a little hard to take off. But I just tried to pull it off. In my experience, they did not come off easy like command strips or anything. But I might try removing them again eventually. I'll update if I remember. ****UPDATE**** The clips are falling off from the ceiling where I placed them. Maybe gravity is pulling them off. I'm going to try to place them against the baseboards instead to see if they stick better
