I have been doing at home manicures for a few years but I am quite new at applying extensions at home. My first attempt with a different product was not great so I decided to go to the salon to see how professionals did it. These tips are almost exactly the same as what the salon used and they were SO much easier to apply than the other brand I tried! After prepping the nails I used a gel/led adhesive to apply the tips, then I GENTLY filed down excess glue, and shaped the nails. After that I applied a rubber base gel to smooth imperfections. From there I used Beetles brand polish curing it thoroughly after each layer. This is only my second attempt at extensions at home. I am someone who will remove them a day later to start over if I am not satisfied with the results. While these aren’t perfect, I intend on keeping these on for a while because it’s a huge improvement from my previous attempt!!! The only hesitation I would have with someone using these at home is that you have to be careful not to get excess glue/gel on your skin-but that isn’t specific to this product.
