I buy these a lot. I use them to make my finger tips grippy. I wish they came in easy to peel little squares but they are still easy enough to put on. I also used these when my husband got poison ivy to prevent it from spreading. They are a VERY thin film but it won't rip or anything. They also make great tape!     • Not worth buying, biggest regrets
This product is soooo flimsy and it is very difficult to handle. I think they should find a plastic that is more sturdy, one that do not tangle itself. These care truly a waste of money and time. Do not buy. You get what you pay for. Cheap things are not good and good things are not cheap I always hear. I bought it based on the reviews. I will not buy base on reviews again. I think some people are just afraid to tell the truth so they say good things which are misleading. If there was a zero for easy to use that is what I would have given it. This tape is so hard to remove from your skin, it actually tighten on the skin, the worst kind I have used. ... show more

    • Perfect for Dialysis Port
I'm shocked that no doctors have recommended or mentioned there is product like this on the market that will enable you to shower even with a dialysis port in your chest. This works perfect on my 89 yr old grandma. I was sponge bathing when she first got the port but I continued to search the interned thinking there HAD to be something out there. Well there is and this is it! There's products similar but this one has the tabs that enable you to remove and adhere with ease, it had lines so you can cut a straight line if needed AND the two blue tabs are the best feature of them all! Once you adhere you peel back the blue tabs and it leaves a film that similar to a thin layer of skin. Now I can wash her hair with ease and not have to worry about the port. I've been using for a couple months now and it's a great product. I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Ok- slightly irritating, hard to peel back off...
I'm being generous with 3 star review only because it's cheaper than brand I used for years (Smith + Nephew IV 3000 Transparent dressing). Compared to IV 3000, Imo it's not good - Irritating to my skin after 1 day, (IV3000 I could leave on weeks with no reaction at all). Keep in mind I have known allergy to tapes + adhesives, so it may not irritate you - But I think I'll have to bug my doctor more to write the insurance medical necessity letter so I can resume using the much better brand without cost being a problem for me (currently medically disabled without income, so I tried in effort to save money- Not good. Also removing bank to adhere very difficult. With iv 3000 I could remove backing with 1 hand + my eyes closed. This one sometimes literally takes me minutes sometimes to peel off :( (BTW I'm an RN so although I've used transparent dressings for myself for decades for IV pump, wounds and other reasons - I also have much experience with all dressing types from years I was a clinical nurse ). My impression - Other than price (cheapest I found for a transparent dressing) I don't recommend or like anything about this brand. Even Tegaderm (not my fav either) is better. So if you can afford IV 3000 I highly recommend you buy that brand instead. And unfortunately for me I can't seem to find a decent primary doctor- I repeatedly ask them to send medical necessity letter for all my dressing supplies - 100% cotton guaze + transparent dressing - instead of tape due to allergy, (breast cancer wound about 2 years) and because of Doctors' neglect + incompetence I'm stuck paying out-of-pocket for I r something health insurance would cover :( Sorry my rant about high cost of medical supplies doesn't belong in product review other than I'm very disappointed this not as good as I hoped it would be. ... show more

    • Works well but hard to handle thin material
These were purchased to cover a medication patch so it would stay on and you could shower. They were a little hard to deal with because they are super thin but they worked well. Twice I had to scrap one because I didn't handle it well so be careful when using. But overall, the product works well.

    • Keeping bandage 🩹 dry
These are great for making a waterproof dressing. Great for putting over an adhesive bandage 🩹 prior to swimming.They're pretty easy to use once you experiment with one. Including a little diagram on application would be helpful.
