The idea of a 5-level test is awesome! I wanted to track my detox process, so I bought a 5 pack of these AND a 15 count of the single strip 50 ng/ml Highly Sensitive THC urine tests. I used both tests with the same sample. Negative on this one for the 200,100, and 50 (only) and positive on the single strip (testing only at 50). I kept testing positive on the single strip tests for 5 additional days. I used 2 more of these tests and came out negative on the 200, 100, and 50 both times during those same 5 days. (Using a sample that I also tested with the single strip test) On the 3rd day of those 5 days, I wanted the truth and a tie breaker, so I used a cup test. Positive on the cup test. Long story short, I really do feel that the single test strips I mentioned were the ones giving me an accurate result, not these tests. These tests actually gave me false hope because they were coming up negative, but the truth is that I wasn’t clean yet (by lab standards). I’m saying all this to try to warn people not to (only) rely on these tests. I personally question their accuracy. Good luck people! ... show more

These are my go to before and after a detox. Only thing I don’t like there’s always 1 or 2 that’s a dud and doesn’t work. Which sucks when the pack sizes available are fairly small and not as cheap as a basic negative or positive drug test screening.

If you need to check yourself prior to a pre-employment drug test these worked great for me. I had stopped smoking a few weeks prior to the test, and used these a few times leading upto the last day in my test window. It said I was totally clear and I got hired so they obviously are accurate

Don’t rely on these alone to give you an idea of your progress of being able to pass a drug test and timing. Results are not consistent between tests, took one every other day with no difference in results, tried using two back to back with in an hour and got very different results one showing 200 positive 100neg 50 faint neg line. The other showing 50neg 100pos 200neg. So these tests are not a good idea for seeing if your in the right track. Order a good 50 test and keep testing till your neg for a full day. ... show more

These tests are far and away my favorite. I'm a medical lab tech, so testing is my profession AND something I love to do. This test has 5 different sensitivities, which makes it semi-quantitative. This means that you can get an idea of how close you are to "passing" by having an idea of how much THC is still in your urine. I also appreciate the little plastic applicator that the strips are mounted in. It makes it very neat and easy to dip, recap, and read your results without getting pee all over the place lol. Personally, I believe it's silly to test for THC at all, yet employers DO test for it... So, this has given me peace of mind. Plus, they are relatively inexpensive, so you can test and retest yourself to your heart's content! :-) ... show more

Highly variable. Have to take multiple in one go to get an accurate idea of where you stand. Also, they don't come with the instruction paper about half the time. Luckily I bought the multi-pack more than once so I kept the instructions.

I was surprised because the reviews said it was only a 3-panel test. I received the correct 5-panel test and it makes the detox process less nerve-racking. You can see how your levels are reducing very clearly. A must-buy if you want to continue with the wacky tobaccy and have randoms.
