Easily 5 stars for warmth which is the main reason I bought these. I wear them at work (outside and at night) and they do great keeping me warm. They'll be good running tights as well for those cold winter runs. My two critiques are that there's no pee cut out in the front so I have to basically take off my pants to relieve myself when it would be so much easier to just unzip my fly. The other is the fit. I'm 5'8 and 155lbs with a distance runners build. I wear small in everything and ordered small with these. I wanted them tight but these are more than tight, they're a tiny bit too small for me. They'll work, but I wish I had ordered one size larger.

These pants are warm and a great base layer. If you are active while wearing them, you can comfortably enjoy 30F degree weather. If you are inactive they may require a light layer over them. They are not very thick nor do they inhibit mobility.

I wear these on top of my underwear, and under my pants! When I first put them on, I immediately felt warmth coming to my legs! They are really comfy, you don't really notice you're wearing anything. You just feel the warmth! Its really good for me since I don't like wearing several layers of clothing to stay warm! Considering to get more as well!
