First I came upon this particular style of 5-11 pants was at a gun range with a large store. They had other styles but this one fit me the best. Super comfortable and long lasting. Highly functional pants with lots of pockets but they aren't very apparent or bulky. The side pockets are pretty stealthy and not bulky like regular cargo pants. Also, not very thick like canvas so they can be worn in Florida heat no problem. Of course when I purchased the second pair a few days ago and saw the price, I almost fainted. When I got them three years ago, I paid half. That pair is still going strong although considerably thinning at the crotch area. This is my 6th pair, not owning this color yet. Extreme durability! I'm really hard on pants and these not only take the beating, but do it comfortably and stretch in all the right places to never pull down or tear like other pants do. I have 2 pairs that are 4 years old, still look and feel new. I wear them for everything from hiking to office work to working in the garage and yard. I own multiple pairs of Apex pants. Construction is outstanding. The materials hold up excellent, even to rough farm work, but are understated enough for the office. The pants are extremely comfortable because of the stretch material, and there's tons of pockets. For this particular color I was expecting it to be a bit more brown, but it has a green undertone that's a bit harder to color match (greenish tint doesn't look as nice with blue hues). Good pants. Length seems to run a bit longer than other pants. I recommend ordering 2” shorter length than you normally wear. Waist sizing runs true.

These have turned into my all time favorite pants. 5.11s are the absolute best. I have several pairs. The quality is great and they last a long time. I wear them almost every day (even at work!) and the fit is fantastic! (I’m a giant. 6’6”)
