UPDATE previous review... I was going to keep this item thinking it would be useful for light craft work other than etching glass. However, on the 2nd day of use, it will not charge any longer. Going to return. Geez, one day I will learn to read the reviews before I buy something... I bought this to etch glass. I have arthritis in my hands and my real Dremel, even with the flex cord is big, awkward, heavy and hard for me to hold for any length of time. Had I read the reviews, I would have known that I cannot use my real Dremel bits in it. They are too big for the Gogonova. Which pretty much ticked me off from the start. The diamond bits that came with it don't seem to do much. Out of curiosity I tried the pink bits. Not sure what they're called or the proper use for them but, they do a lot better job on glass. The battery life is a little short but not too bad. I used it off and on for nearly three hours. It has a full charge after about 2 hours. Which I think is to long. I don't always want to stop what I'm doing for 2 hours. The very nice thing about it is the weight. Very light and easy to hold. ... show more

I read a lot of reviews before buying anything and I figured hey for the price, why not give this a try!! The cutting rounds that are included are super thin and cheap, you can't cut anything with those, unless it's something super soft, but I can see myself using this and learning how to shape wood just fine! I didn't give it a 5 because the accessories do seems cheap, but it's also a small tool, so I still wanted to give it a 4 for sure because like I said it's perfect for a beginner like me! ... show more

Update: the seller sent me a replacement which so far works fine The device wouldn’t charge from day 1 with the charging cable sent with it, or any other compatible charging cable (I tried 3 that were compatible). I don’t feel it’s fair to review it any further based on this one fact because it doesn’t matter how it performed if it can’t be charged then it’s garbage. I am hoping the distributor will answer my inquiry about how to fix the issue or replace the device. Steer clear of this product. ... show more

The product is nice does a good job but my major issue is it is rechargeable great feature but if the battery dies you have to wait and charge it to use it again it doesn't have a plug in and use feature so if it dies your out how ever long it takes to recharge
