I was surprised that these were so affordable. They have a nice weight to them but can scratch easily. They are protected well in shipping. There is no product box. The item comes in an Amazon box wrapped in bubble wrap. This was a gift and I would have liked to be able to present it better without taking each one out to show the recipient what it was. But over all it was a unique gift and I loved that it came with screws to hang them.

These are so fun and really create a whole surfer, beach vibe wherever you hang them. These have been perfect for my patio area here in Florida where beach decor is the norm. Make sure you know what you're doing when mounting them as you'll need special tools, especially masonry drillbits, if you're mounting outside like me. One side is a gradient style and the other side is white. Choose what looks best for your decor. I like the gradient side myself. Look great mounted with the standoffs to give them some depth. Should stand up to the elements just fine.

The designs have been cleanly cut with no sharp edges to snag anything or cut yourself. The paint seems to adhere to the metal well, and the gradual color transition is seamless. We have not yet hung these. We considered a living area, and entry, a bathroom, and a guest bedroom ... and they would've worked in each area. But, we're having a pool constructed, and we decided to put these outside on a lanai wall once the pool is complete. These metal surf boards will go perfectly out there!
