These fit great and are perfect for protecting my ring during a gym session. If you get the right size, they don’t budge while you’re working out. You could even size down if you want a more secure fit. They have nice elasticity that makes them easy to slip on, and they’re comfortable even if my hands swell a bit during exercise. If you're into heavy weightlifting, then you're obviously taking your rings off. Personally, if I take my rings off... I'll forget to put them back on for a month. I keep these with my gym shoes (they come in a nice sturdy plastic case) and throw them on when I'm doing anything with a barbell or gymnastics at my crossfit gym. I've found that if I wear this rubber ring at the TOP of my stack, it does nothing to protect my rings or hand. Make sure you stretch the band so it's at the BOTTOM of your stack, so if you hold your hand out in front of you palm up, the band is the lowest band on your finger and the heart should be right side up. The media could not be loaded. This is a great option!! I’m always worried about my ring at the gym but this not only protects the bottom it holds the ring in place so it doesn’t slide. It’s perfect- I hate changing out for the silicone rings. I think it will be great in the summer for fishing too!
