This comes with everything you need to rebuild a4L60E transmission. It was the first one i I’ve ever built I’m a mechanic and never got into transmission. I watched a few videos and everything in this kit just went into place. My truck shifts like a dream so I’m super ecstatic over that.     • Working good in my at home garage rebuild
After watching a long YouTube video, I decided to rebuild my burnt up 07 suburban 4l60e. Suv could barely move to pull in the garage. Well this kit, a transgo Jr shift kit, a corvette servo, a new torque converter, and alot of cussing and beverages later, its back on the road and the shift kit actually makes it a little more fun to drive. This rebuild kit worked great for what I needed and the bands, clutches, and frictions seem to be of good material ... show more

    • Okay for professionals, not the guy doing it for the first time.
It's not a bad kit but it packaged bad. All of the rings are just thrown into 1 bag, same with the Teflon seals. Other kits out there have all the parts bagged into separate bags labeled with what piece the go to. It is missing some stuff that should be replaced while rebuilding your transmission. NO INSTRUCTIONS! Find a good video that will show you what goes where. Was able to rebuild the transmission and this kit would be fine if you did this for a living. ... show more
