I got this watch for my son as a Christmas gift. The watch is designed with built-in GPS+Wifi+LBS locators that help me accurately understand the location and travel history. I can set up safety zones around key locations such as homes and schools. When he steps out of that safety zone, a notification is sent to my app so I can check on his activities in a timely manner. I really love the SOS feature of the watch. When in danger, he just needs to push and hold the SOS button for 3 sec (we already practiced this so he can get a feel on how to activate it) and the watch will call and send messages to 3 preset SOS phone numbers for help until someone answers. App gives you a lot of options and parental controls. I am really, really happy with this watch. The screen might appear a little large visually but it’s important for little fingers to be able to navigate through the watch menu. I super recommend it.

This is the worst thing I've ever bought it said it's a $5 activation and then when you download it it makes you do another $5 activation and then it tells you to finish up your account that you don't have to pay any money because you already paid for it and then your card gets charged another $39.99 which got turned into the fraud and my bank now I have no credit or debit card for the next two weeks because they have to be replaced now the watch is Frozen has been all day long can't shut it off can't restart it can't do nothing.. the only reason there is one star on here is because it makes you have a rating otherwise I wouldn't give it any stars

Seller is very responsive, I had difficulty setting up whatsapp on the watch Finally I got whatsapp to register... Here are the steps, it is not straight forward at all Problem 1) SpeedTalk SIM card does not receive whatsapp verification SMS messages whether inserted in watch or inserted in a smartphone 2) If using whatsapp verification by call, watch has no keypad present during call to press numbers to listen to the verification message 3) Even if whatsapp is registered and verified on phone, the whatsapp app in the watch still requires verification 1) Activate the sim card, insert in watch and boot the watch. Configure WIFI on the watch 2) Download whatsapp and enter the phone number to verify 3) It will send SMS verification code that the watch will not be able to receive 4) Shutdown the watch and remove SIM card 5) Insert SIM card in phone, turn phone on, make sure you can receive calls on phone 6) Turn the watch on without SIM card, go to whatsapp, make sure WIFI is on 7) select Code Not Received option, it will provide the Verification by Call option 8) click on whatsapp Call button on the watch to verify 9) you will receive the call on the phone, answer the call, get the verification code 10) Enter the verification code in the watch whatsapp, whatsapp will verify 11) Shutdown the watch and phone. Insert the SIM card into the watch and turn on

I think the watch is a great thing but the battery life is absolute garbage. There is no point spending money on an item that dies before you can use it. It doesn't last the school day so it is worthless for our family. I love the idea of it, but serves no purpose because of the battery life. Wish I could return it. Edit: The company did reach out to me and offered me a full refund. I'm going to look at their other products because the customer service was wonderful.

Estuve esperando un tiempo considerado de uso para poder hacer una resena, hasta ahora despues de casi 6 meses de uso diario, puedo decir que ha funcionado muy bien para la funcion que se compro, un reloj con comunicacion para uso de emergencia. No me gusta la idea de telefonos para ninos asi que esta es una excelente forma de estar comunicados sin crear distraccion en su jornada escolar. La duracion de la bateria es hasta 2 dias sin estar haciendo mucho uso de sus funciones multimedia porque sino dura apenas un dia. Siempre debe ser cargado con su mismo cable de carga porque sino puede presentar problemas para cargar con otros cables. Con la aplicacion puedes ubicarlo en el mapa, a veces es muy precisa otras veces un poco errante, ya le he agarrado el desface a esto. Puedes conseguir una tarjeta prepago de $5 mensual para funcion basica de llamadas de emergencia y localizacion gps. Me ha funcionado hasta ahora. Si buscas algo mas que eso debes pagar muchisimo dinero...
