We are in the process of moving this coming weekend so I will have to update this with photos and a video of these beautiful trees once they are set up in the new house. I couldn't wait to see them so I already opened them and pulled them out to make sure they both worked - which they do. You can use the remote (2 included) or there is a little push button on the receiver/cord that lets you click through all the colors and pick it from there. I took a while to find white using the button so I started getting nervous that there wasn't a white option, but I finally found it - and you can go right to white using the remote too. Tons of options for colors. Solid colors, flashing, rainbows, lots and lots of variations to pick from. Good to coordinate for holidays and pick a seasonally appropriate color. These little cherry trees are beautiful. They have multiple light settings and come with a remote control. They don't run off batteries like a lot of these trees, but I prefer the plug in myself. having 2 identical trees would make a nice look for a fireplace mantle or entry way table. Out of the box, these items are all straight up in the air branch-wise. You must "fluff" them like you do an artificial Christmas tree, separating the branches. Once you do that, you can arrange them in a way that pleases you. That appeals to me, as it makes them each individualized. Once you have them arranged in a way you like, plug them in and turn them on. They are beautiful. I have them on either end of my sofa and have received numerous compliments.
