The charging port works great, it's fast and has the power for super fast charging but the cable that comes with it, it don't hold up! I think that cable is not made for that much power or something cause since day one I would connect it it to my phone and the charging would keep going off and on, I checked everything to make sure it was connected correctly and still would do the same thing. Finally I got the cord that came with my phone and tried it and wallah it has been working great with the wall connector so my best guess is that the cable that comes with this charging port is not made to hold up with the super fast charging power from the port so I would recommend the company to look in to that before something bad happens like getting to hot and starts a fire... really disappointed that I paid for something that I can only use half of the product, now need to look for some cables that can handle that so I can have back up. Update: the company reached out to me about the problem I was having with the cord and they offered to send me a new charger with new cable, I told them that I was just needing the cable replaced and that I wasn't looking to get anything for free and to my surprise 2 days later a brand new charger and cable was delivered to my house. Now this is the type of company that really cares about the customers and stand behind their products so a 5☆ star for them if I could give more I would, 100% satisfied customer here.

I had 2 25W chargers that I have been using for years on my 2 Samsung mobile phones, most recently the Note 20 Ultra. Recently we swapped them for the S23 Ultra and wanted to see if the 45W charger really made any difference. Pros - It does support the Super Fast Charging 2.0 feature on the new Samsung phones. I saw a review showing the charger and/or cable they received didn't support it, but on both of my S23 Ultras it shows the blue light and 2.0 displayed on the screen. The USB C cable is durable, very long and supports 5A charging. Actually my old Samsung USB C cable that came with the Note 20 Ultra also does it. Priced right, around $10/each (includes the cables, so its probably under $10 for the charger itself). Cons - Now I don't know if its a Samsung thing or not, but there isn't a meaningful difference between charging times of the old 25w vs. new 45w. It's bigger than the usual 25W charger. Results - Samsung charger 25w: From 5-100% = 1:12 hrs This charger 45w: From 5-100% = 1: 02 hrs Samsung charger 25w: From 52-100% = 41 mins (see photo of new) This charger 45w: From 53-100% = 44 mins (see photo of old charger) So there is a difference of 5-10 mins vs. the old 25W charger. You decide if that time savings is worth your $10. For me it was.

This charger will not do "Super Fast Charging 2.0" with blue indicators on my S23 Ultra! They charge exactly the same as a 25w "super fast" charger. There may be two reasons why this is happening, one could be that the included USBC cables in this package(as well as the ones shipped with the phones)are the old standard of 3a instead of the required 5a "100w" or better. The other, perhaps the bases aren't 45w, im unsure. The markings on the bases don't indicate wattage at all and I can't test it with the phone. I'll know for sure once my order containing some 5a cables and an Anker 313 Ace 45w base comes in. Don't get me wrong, the chargers work and are very fast compared to my old Galaxy Note 8, but they are not as advertised, and I'd prefer to have full use of all the features of the new phone. I'll probably be returning these, but at least some of the responsibility should go to samsung for not having included proper charger and cable with the phone. The exact information regarding this is also not clearly presented by them. I will probably come back and update this when I sort out the details, but I just wanted to save anybody else the trouble of getting the wrong chargers if possible. Update: Indeed, the charger and cables are both not compatible with the enhanced "Super fast Charging 2.0" feature.
