This is a great generator so far. Breaking it in as we speak and it's been running like a champ. Started on first pull and didn't even have to pull very hard. Really liking the ECO mode, quiets it down a good bit. Oh and for those that say the choke is backwards its actually not. The sticker is backwards not the choke lol. ... show more

Great unit. Small and compact, use it several times times a week and it runs great. The only negative is it is so lightweight that it will move when you pull the starter. Be sure to brace it with a leg or hand and you are good to go. FYI I am a woman and have no problem starting it.

The generator arrived earlier than expected and in good condition. After adding oil and gas it started up on the first pull. Ran perfectly will under light load. The generator did bog down momentarily when I ran a small vacuum but I guess that can be expected. I have not tested it yet during a power outage. It would be great if it had a digital voltage meter. ... show more

Hubby's initial review. Great unit, but read the manual! Add oil, ships dry. Started quickly but choke instruction is interesting. At least to this old mechanical engineer. I'm used to open and closed choke instructions. This has on and off. But - On is Open. Off is closed. From the instruction manual '4.5 when the choke is in the on position, the carb choke is in the open state . . . ' that is just bass ackwards to me, but now I know for this unit. ... show more

When I received it, the box was completely destroyed. It looks like it fell off a train and then got hit by another train. I contacted the company and they asked very few questions and sent me a replacement unit within three days. Amazing customer service the generator runs flawlessly. I am at a higher elevation so I can only pull about 2800 W out of it but it’s probably one of the best generators I’ve ever bought 10 out of 10 for customer service. I think I sent them maybe two pictures they didn’t even question it they just sent a new one. The only thing I dislike is they shipped through FedEx, which is probably the worst company to ship something through. ... show more
