First, let's address the elephant in the room: Yes, this is a pricey digital menu board. You can find cheaper but, in my opinion, this is well worth the spend. I've been using this menu display for a popup food booth and it grabs attention wherever we go. In fact, every time we take it out, we get numerous questions about where we got it, how it works, and how much we like it. The digital display is really of exceptional quality. We've had it out in the sun, in the rain, and just about everything in between - this display can handle it and just keeps playing. The display is large, bright, and very eye-catching - even in the daylight. The display is android based and has a lot of features that I have yet to tap into - split displays, internet connectivity, slide shows, etc. For my use, I've been primarily using MP4 video files which I create and edit in the Adobe suite. When I'm happy with the result, I simply transfer the file to the included thumb drive and the display plays it on a loop all day. In this regard, set-up really couldn't be easier. The battery life is a good 10-12 hours uninterrupted which, if you purchase a second battery (which I highly recommend), you can keep this running remotely pretty much non-stop. Of course, you can also run this tethered with the included power cable if you have a nearby plug available to you. An important thing to note is that this display is HEAVY. It is incredibly well built and with that, comes some heft. I recommend having two people to lift and move it and would highly recommending keeping the shipping box it comes in. For us, this has become critical in keeping the display looking brand new as it travels to different locations for our popups. Last, I can't express enough how great the customer service has been for this display. They provided both email and text contact to help me get it set up, troubleshoot a few minor issues, and provide general support so that I can get the most out of my purchase. Their service has truly been exceptional. Altogether, if you are looking for a digital display that is a bit more premium and professional, this is it. The spend is an investment in your business that is well worth it. It does a much better job at grabbing the attention you want from your customers and really makes your business stand out. Highly recommend.
