These were purchased for mobile home skirting repair. While I liked the final result it was only achieved with some tweaking on my part. I had to use some 3M Spray Adhesive on the skirting prior to applying these in order for proper adhesion, I don't know if this was because the skirting was previously painted but I think other buyers were disappointed w/ the adhesion too.I only sprayed it directly onto the skirting,not directly on the vinyl sheets,it seemed to do the trick. The holes are now covered & I painted over the entire skirting which worked great(with very good quality exterior house paint) I was worried that paint wasn't going to adhere b/c the sheets are shiny but it did,no problem. I can't speak to their durability/longevity yet but for the $$ it's a good product. ... show more

I found the adhesive to be to the weak side. I also had trouble with the backing not coming off on some sheets. And found it difficult to remove. Some sort of pull tab would have been nice. The plastic itself is reasonably durable. And I am in the middle on this one.
