These are super helpful for storing or traveling with makeup brushes and not ruining the shape! They were delivered late so I didn’t get to use them for the trip I had intended them for but I did use them when moving soon after and was very pleased. They are easy to use and you get quite a few for the price. I didn’t have a size small enough for my smallest brushes but they worked perfectly for the large and medium sized brushes. They do stretch out after using the first time but as long as you don’t overstretch the material when removing, you can use it for the same brush multiple times. ... show more

I collected a lot of makeup brushes over the past few years, and was looking for something that will keep the bristles in shape and prevent them from touching other brushes in my bag when they are used, so I started looking. I'm glad I decided to purchase these brush guards. They fit almost all the brushes I have. The only ones that it didn't quite fit were my really slim lip brushes, but even those seem to be fine. Just a little on the looser side. But I cut them in half and they are sturdy, keep the bristles in shape, and once they are on the brush, they don't slide down. These worked so well to reshape my old brushes AND they were not too big for most of my eye brushes. Now, will they fit a pencil brush? No. But they will fit the more fluffy blending brushes I have from morphe, MAC, and sigma. They also fit my blush and powder brushes.     • Great for eyeshadow blending brushes!
I am so happy I decided to try these. I have a few morphe goat hair brushes. One in particular, 441, I purchased one year ago and since the first time I washed it, it poofed out and lost its form. I use my brushes 2x, tops, then wash them. I tried a few different methods to try and get the shape back, but no matter what as soon as the brush would dry, it would floof back out. Until last night. I cut a few of these brush guards in half, and washed all my blending brushes. I put the guards on and hung my brushes in their tree and when I took them out,ALL of them held their shape. Even the 441! I played with the bristles a bit, and it kept its shape! And the guard returned to its original form immediately after removal. I highly recommended these guards. Especially for the price! I will update tomorrow after I do my makeup only if the brush gets all crazy looking during application. (Will be too big for small, precision blenders. Will be great for highlighting brushes , smaller blush brushes, and they sent a bonus of 4 big ones. I washed a powder brush and it's still wet after 24 hrs. But it's shape is great and it should be dry by hour 30ish) ... show more
