Love all the different colors I can use with my fountain pens that are throw away after use! Which is a plus for me because I’ve bought expensive ones to refill and then they don’t work like they did before! I bought these to see what it would be like to write with a fountain pen and for the price, these are a good buy. They write very smoothly without ghosting and there's no clumping, perfect amount of ink every time. Various colors are included as well as quite a few black and blue pens. I took a star off because of the "disposable" feature. Do we really need more plastic waste in the world? ... show more

I love writing with a fountain pen and these are amazing. The colors are bold and the ink flows smoothly. Can believe how well these work for a disposable pen. And at 50 cents a pen, you can’t beat the cost effectiveness. Highly recommend these.

    • order packed poorly, pens were everywhere in my box
I don't know who packed the order, but it was packed very poorly. Pens were all over my Amazon package, and also, the box was not packed with an even amount of each color. Some colors had 4, some had 8, but I wanted to make full sets and give these out. It isn't the end of the world, and not a hill worth dying on. Perhaps people would pay better attention, maybe tape the box closed before it ships.... I don't know where the original product box was packed, but I don't think Amazon does that. But they should at least tape the box closed, especially since it was shipped in a thin, plastic envelope vs. a padded envelope or a box, and it had a heavy boxed item in with it. On the up side, not one pen leaked outside of it's barrel or nib, and for such an inexpensive product, they write surprisingly smooth. Not a super wet ink so it does dry quickly, and that was writing on the Apica notebook, which is super smooth paper. If you put down a really wet ink on it, it will take a while to dry. These dried pretty dang quick. I would get these again, and I hope it was just a fluke that they were packaged inaccurately or poorly. ... show more
