Poor quality but great customer service

Update: The seller reached out and provided a full refund due to issues I had. They did NOT ask me update my review, I’m doing so on my own (changed from 1 star to 3 based on the great customer service). Original review: The hanger was extremely hard to put on, and would not screw all the way. And one of the stands is loose and doesn’t hold up even with the clip. The quality is poor and I will definitely return these. I also can’t break them down to put them back in the box since the screw at the bottom won’t unscrew either; I will have to put them in a bigger box to return.
